"Its okay... Its a little different here. Youre definitely the minority among the group, but dont feel uncomfortable and concentrate on that. Just get a hot cup of coffee and get your work done." I hold my HP laptop tight in reassurance. So... many... Mac users... While their thick black framed glasses are fixated on computer screens, I feel a huge aura of secret judgemental thoughts from the shiny glares off their lenses. But you dont even know me. Thanks to the great baristas and cashiers here, I feel totally welcome. They are quick, efficient, and all at the same time, with a smile on their face. My order has never been messed up and my drinks come out fast. A very spacious Starbucks indeed, but unfortunately, there are very few seats available almost all of the time. Great place to grab a coffee before you hop on the T. Its even better when you can find a spot near the fireplace or the warm nooks and crannies of the Starbucks corners.

This is your typical starbucks, the coffee is exactly what you expect. Staff is friendly, and the free internet works well. My biggest complaint is how they start cleaning the store as early at 9pm even though it stays open until 10:30pm. The experience is a bit odd: youre sitting at the table doing work and enjoying your late night cappuccino or hot chocolate, and someone comes along and starts flipping all the chairs around you upside down unto the table. Youre now surrounded by chairs thinking, should I leave? A bit later, someone comes by with a mop and starts cleaning all around you, banging the mop into your chair as they try to get the entire surface area cleaned. If any starbucks employees are reading this, is there a reason for doing it this way? It is great to have a coffee shop that remains open so late, so thank you for putting up with the late shifts.

Most Starbucks have good service. This one has incredible service. After just one visit a new barista will often know my name. If there isnt a line they are happy to talk about coffee, share drink recipes and food recommendations. They rarely get an order wrong and on the rare occasions it happened they made immediate replacements and comped the drink(over my protests, it was usually my mistake for mumbling or talking too fast). The coffee and espresso beverages are fresh, well crafted and easy to personalize. The prepaged foods are usually delicious and well priced.

This is probably the best cafe--certainly, the best Starbucks--in Somerville or Cambridge. It has floor-to-ceiling windows on a lively street scene as well as a small but pleasant patio in summer. Theres even a fireplace for cold weather. Its a great place for students & researchers, with lots of outlets & even charging stations, but also a good spot to meet a friend & converse. The food & drinks are standard fare for an upscale cafe (& typically overpriced).

Its a great place to hang out on your own or with friends. Its a good place to get out and be among people when the weather outside is unbearable. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that they turn the heat way down at 9 to encourage people to leave earlier before closing. The employees are nice and they mix a good chai.

My second favorite Starbucks in the the whole Greater Boston area after the famous Harvard Square location. Ample space to enjoy your coffee on comfortable couches. As in all other Starbucks stores, they turn on the AC so much in summer months you start freezing - but thats just how people do it in the US of A.

While it IS a Starbucks and Id rather go to Diesel, it is a nicely kept Starbucks and the staff there is always warm and helpful. I might not sit down and spend an afternoon in here, but its definitely an acceptable stop on my morning commute when I just need a quick infusion of caffeine.

As far as Starbucks goes, this ones not too shabby. Theres enough space that youre not crammed in, even during the morning rush. The new table setup allows for more students to set up their computers, but that doesnt mean you should expect to get a couch or an outlet during exams week.

I spend way too much time here leeching their WiFi and can say its my favorite Starbucks in Boston. Friendly and helpful baristas (one recommended the Earl Grey Chai and its now my favorite), a roomy seating area, even a faux-fireplace.

Its a Starbucks. They do a good job meeting their main clienteles needs (Lots of table space for studying Tufts students) , and the employees are both unflappable and kind. Early morning hours are great for capping of an all nighter )

Staff is very friendly and efficient! Large space with outdoor seating options! Free WiFi, fireplace, lazy chairs, high tops, and very open space overall. The atmosphere in the mornings is very young professional/college student-esque

Terrible service here. Man at the counter refused to give me the code to use the restroom because he couldnt remember that I purchased a cup of coffee earlier and restrooms are reserved "for paying customers only."

Davis outpost of the chain. The coffee you expect, but very crowded with Tuft undergrads during the school year, so dont expect seating. Very large posting board is a good place to learn about local events.

One of the nicer Starbucks in the Boston area - spacious, good wifi, fireplace, outlets everywhere, well stocked. They do tend to crank the air conditioner too high in my opinion, but eh, to each their own.

I enjoy this starbucks location because it is very spacious and the employees are always friendly. They have memorized my drink by now and always ask for the correct spelling of my name on the cup.

The people are nice and the coffee was great, its is 100% better than dunkin donuts coffee, that stuff tastes like piss thats been barfed into water and was dipped in someone dirty gym socks.

Typical Starbucks fare with plenty of seating, table space, and power outlets. This place changes its hours somewhat frequently, and the correct hours wont necessarily be posted on the door.

Commonly busy but a lifesaver for working in Davis - the Wifi never runs out! They also have Plus, the staff are very friendly. A bit hard to find a seat, but once you do, its great!

The (red haired) Barista was friendly and answered all my questions. Location had plenty of seating and was nice and quiet. Loved it. Definitely coming back to this location.

Some drinks are good, but all of them are very expensive and over priced. The price goes 5-20 cents higher each year. Also, very crowded and loud. Not my type of place.

Standard Starbucks fare. The crowd is constant so everything is fresh. The staff is friendly, fast and knows how to make a proper macchiato!

Nasty , rude and racist manager who was there in 10/31/2015 in the Morning! Should be retrained for the future business!
