What is there to say? The doctor: awesome! Retail and staff: SO awesome! Theyre so knowledgeable, helpful and just really know what theyre doing. They make everyone feel welcome from the first time you even call asking about an appointment. I feel bad that I cant remember the names of the staff, but the same people are basically up front all the time and they talk like they invented glasses, but dont want any of the credit. In particular, Ive been able to watch them deal with a variety of different customers while Ive been waiting for appointments and am just so impressed with the way they handle questions and inquiries. I would recommend this eye doctor and retail store to ANYONE!

my arms were getting a little short with my old pair of glasses and figured it was time to get a new pair. Went to Parrelli Optical in West Roxbury because Id been there before and my old glasses were just fine. But this time things had changed, a different optometrist. When I got my new glasses they were weaker than my old ones and failed to adjust for my astigmatism. The sales person said that my eyes just had to get used to the new glasses and that it was common at first to find your new glasses uncomfortable. I left the shop feeling that my eyes were the problem and not the glasses and thats when I decided this is no longer the eye store for me.

Nik and Terri couldnt be more correct about Parrelli. My experience with Richard nd his staff began over twenty-five years ago when my kids started wearing contact lens, and as all kids do, would regularly lose them. Id call Richard and hed tell me to have them stop in for a replacement and I could pay him next time I was in. How often does that happen anymore? The kids are long gone but I have never found or have I sought anyplace else. My sister comes from towns away because of my recommendation and is thrilled. Five stars arent enough!

These are the most helpful and professional people. I was travelling through USA, and staying with friends in Boston when I tore a contact lens. Of all the (many) places in Boston I rang, Parrelli was the only that could help me at all. Firstly, they had suitable trial lenses in stock that they could give me for free to get me going; plus they could order further lenses for me at a great price; and when I got to their shop, were thoroughly professional and helpful. Real American, great customer service is still alive and well here!
