This was my first time at Parrelli Optical, and it was wonderful! Matthew fitted me for contacts, he was knowledgeable and took care in explaining how my eyes worked, and how he was going to go about making sure my contacts fit perfectly. I was always told that because my eye was shaped a certain way, that I would always experience some blurry vision when wearing my contacts...not with Parrelli Optical! My vision with contacts is clearer than it has been in the 10 years I have been wearing contacts. Mathew excels at his job, is a wealth of knowledge in both contacts and lenses and seems to have fun doing it all! Dr. Metsch is also fantastic! I thought my vision with my glasses on was perfect, but he was able to tweak it just enough so that it could sharpen the lowest level of the eye chart. And the front desk staff? AMAZING!! Shelley was attentive, competent and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Martha takes a genuine interest in how your glasses look and feel. She observed the types of lenses I was trying on and was able to casually recommend the PERFECT affordable pair that I ultimately ended up purchasing. She is honest in how lenses look on a person, and has a keen eye in recommending the perfect set of lenses. Overall, I am extremely happy with switching to Parrelli Optical and highly recommend them. First class service from the moment you step in!

I have been going here for over 8 years. The staff members are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice people. The people working here have been here for years. Martha and Shelley have never steered me wrong on glasses selections, bill payment, or any other thing. The selection of frames for both adults and children is extensive. They have convenient reminders for appointments. Dr. Metsch is very thorough and professional and has helped me and my children with every eye care need we have had. Simply stated, these people are fantastic at their jobs!

I am an eleven year-old girl with contacts. That means that on school mornings I sometimes dont have time to put my contacts in. I outgrew my first pair of glasses quickly and after that I kept asking for glasses. Anyway, I went to Parrelli Optical and quickly found a VERY cute, stylish, and fashionable pair of frames. It only took 5-10 minutes for me to find them, which says a lot, givin my age. Martha Law helped me find the frames and encouraged me about how great I looked. Thanks to her I will DEFINITELY come back!!

Martha Law helped my daughter and I and she couldnt have been more wonderful. She helped us find a perfect frame (quickly!) and then was great at checking insurance, pricing, etc. for us so that we didnt have to. I get my Silhouette glasses from Parelli Optical and sometimes have problems when an arm on the glasses gets a little out of shape (usually when I fall asleep with them on). Shelley and Martha are always great when I stop by to have the glasses straightened, always taking care of it "on the spot".
