I have used many CVS Pharmacies to fill subscriptions over the years and have never had such a problem as I did at the Wayland CVS. I had a prescription filled and when I got home and opened the pill bottle all the capsules were crushed and stuck together. I noticed they used a smaller bottle than normal. At that point it was no big deal for me to just go back to CVS and point out the mistake so they could refill the prescription. It was around 8 PM the pharmacy manager had left for the day but the associate said it would be no problem to refill if I came back tomorrow and spoke to the manager. I understand there are regulations so an associate cannot fill a script in some circumstances. So I said I would come back the next day and speak to Nina (Pharmacy Manager). The following day I called the pharmacy and made sure Nina was in and what a good time to see her was they said come to the store in the afternoon and we can look at and refill the script. As soon as I got to the pharmacy I asked to speak to Nina. I explained the problem and that I had been to the store the night before and the associates said she could refill it. Nina refused to replace or even accept any responsibility that her store would fill the script in this condition. She placed all the blame on me that I must have done something wrong and that I cannot receive a new prescription. I was in shock with how rude she was. Nina had no respect for customers and had did not even offer a way around. I can only hope CVS will look into this matter. Unacceptable.

Ive been picking up my prescriptions at CVS for years and years, and of all the locations Ive used, this pharmacy is by far the worst. The only reason for giving this location two stars is because of the front of house - employees are friendly and helpful. But the pharmacy? Never have I had more awkward conversations, been misinformed, had miscommunications, been treated like a criminal just for trying to refill a script (mind you, Ive been on the same medication regime for 15 years and every time I pick up a refill I get questioned and its often only after many trips and phone calls that they actually do anything) - the only guy working at the pharmacy that has any sense is the guy with the cat tattoo on his arm. He is competent and kind - everyone else is a nightmare. I only went to this location out of convenience but now Im moving and wont ever go back. If you want to feel super awkward and have to fight with the pharmacists every month to get your medication, go here. If you have any sense - go elsewhere.

Ive shopped at the Wayland route 20 CVS for years. In fact, I remember when the store expanded into what used to be a womans clothing store next to it. In general it has most drug store items, but very often it is sold out of the size or brand I want. I find it ironic that employees are trained to ask at check out, "Did you find everything you were looking for?" When the answer is no, they shrug and say they dont carry it or they are out, no info on when it will be back in stock. I am really looking forward to the opening of the new CVS just a few steps away. Then I wont have to go to the Sudbury location for things I should be able to get in Wayland.
