After a very long wait, I was charged for the complete "passport photo service" multiple times. I get that it should cost $13 for you to set up the camera and take my picture, but extra copies of that picture should not cost $13 each. If I had just brought my own photos, it would have cost me about 80 cents. Instead, I had over a half hour of my time wasted, and it cost me around $50.00. When I questioned the charge a clueless clerk informed me that this was a "service" charge, and didnt offer to make anything right. I will never go to this photo center again. Incompetence is one thing, but overcharging like this and then being arrogant about it is completely unnecessary.

This is hands down one of the best stores I have ever visited. The staff is unbelievable! I had 3 different employees come over to me to offer help. The store itself is clearly labeled so I could find everything I needed. Found everything I needed and was able to save big on it.

Clean, convenient, friendly. Staff is always hoping to help with whatever you need. They have also told me they will usually honor expired cvs extrabuck coupons!
