Had a good experience during a morning visit at Jo Anns Fabrics. Was able to find a floor associate to help me find what I was looking for as well discuss instructions on a particular jewelry kit. I suggest going during the day. Evening floor shift is nonexistent and if lucky to find an associate ...not helpful. Go during the day time hours if you need help with something.

Its sad that this is one of a couple of places thats nearby in the Cambridge/Somerville area to buy fabric. The owner, an older lady, of the store is so ridiculously rude that it feds into the way her employees treat customers. No one is helpful in this store. Id be better off ordering fabric online.

Customer service was not the greatest. I circled around looking for a product 4 times while in hopes of finding a worker with no success. I finally found the product on my own when I was finally giving up.

I like Joanna fabrics in Saugus. They actually have enough sales people who can help you Unlike Joanna Fabric in Middleton where they are always short staffed.
