I have visited the Dartmouth A.C. Moore a several occasions because I own a business, every time I go in there they never have what I need in stock. I spoke to the assistant manager Jamie about ordering a product he said absolutely took my name and my number and the sku number told me it would take a couple of weeks well its been over 4 months since I ordered the product. The manager Amanda is the rudest person I have ever met lacks complete and total customer service skills. When asked if she had an item in Stock she replied I have no idea its all in the back and walked away. The employees that work in the store are just as unhelpful as management, their customer service skills lack they are to busy talking about personal life issues then helping when asked where something is they point to where the item could be instead of escorting the customer to the product in question. The store is always a mess with empty boxes. The glass candle holders are usually broken and still stocked. The bathrooms are disgusting. I have debated to have to go out of my way and travel to seekonk. Please fix these issues.

Have been here many times, have had to search the store shelf by shelf for things because the staff that stocks the store had no clue where things were located. Tried using coupons here, things from the paper or mail. Was told I couldnt use more than one single coupon per day. ???? Different items, different companies, odd system when they get paid back (including an extra 8 cents per coupon) from the company its issued by. Impolite, abrasive employees and manager. How do they stay open with such a Rude staff and such odd policies over coupon redemption? Have been to another A. C. Moore store and didnt go through this. Those people were polite, helpful, and allowed me to use every coupon I had! Wish I had a car, would drive to the other store. Dont shop the Dartmouth store unless you like being treated like crap.

One of my favorite "time warps" in the world! Lol, I get so lost in this place, that I often, somehow lose hours upon hours of time! My friends refuse to go in with me, and family often wonders where I am, thinking Ive slipped out for some "alone" time at the beach or park! Little do they know, I Have, but not to where they think, Im HERE, at the craft store, looking at alllll the possibilities, all the creative possibilities, my brain can think up, and with coupon in pocket, or on my phone, I am able to save money, and make most of those creative thought, into creative things! If your a crafter, chances are, u already know this... If your just starting out in crating world, welcome, this store with be your home away from home! Enjoy! And Create!

This store is extremely clean and organized and they have amazing sales and promos and prices !!! How ever the restroom in this store is completely gross EVERY TIME I go to use it .... I shop here at least twice a month and every time I went to use the bathroom it has either been out of order or was filthy and smelled horrible .. There is absolutely no reason why this should be a problem with a full staff. I am a loyal costumer and from what I see the restrooms are completely neglected on a daily basis ... Makes me want to go to a different ac more .. I am not being petty or arrogant either . For a nice craft store it is a damn shame !

Manager was rude and ignorant. She tells me one coupon per customer per day, hmmm, the coypon number doesnt change. Tried to use the coupon for chalk boards for a shcool fundraiser. Told her that, she didnt care. Thats ok, ill come back every day and buy more and use the same coupon. And every day ill walk into AC Moore with a chip on my shoulder because of this woman who couldnt help me out. Im taking that 3rd star back, you only get 2 stars. Ill go to michaels from now on, its just across the street.

Manager would not honor the two coupons advertised in the email or news paper. Yarns that were clearly advertised in news paper and tagged on shelves rang up at regular prices, this required the customer to question the price and wait for the floor manager to come to the register and adjust the prices. Makes me wonder, how many people were not charged the sales price. This happened with yarn and jewelry items. Although I am an AC Moore card holder, I will not return to this store.

I really like some of the products themselves. The North Dartmouth, MA store has great items, but the service is appalling!! The manager, Amanda was anything but helpful. Rude, standoffish. I asked about ordering items for my business and they couldnt help at all and said once an item is empty it takes up to three weeks to even register and then it will be ordered. Horrible sales team. The cashiers lack any sort of personality also very unhelpful.

I love this store. The prices are very reasonable and the product quality is good. It is the best place to get items to channel your inner artist. I highly recommend. There also is a wide variety of items to shop for as well and it personally gives me the "child in a candy store" feeling.

Ive been waiting in line for like fifteen minutes to buy one damn thing. Their customer service is awful. Running returns in both lines. Either have enough cashiers to handle less than ten people or only do returns in one line.
