This is a really big place and it has a lot to offer. I was really disappointed though as the place was a mess and not many associates were available for help. The one person only she was very nice and directed me to the aisles that I needed to find the items I was looking for. Yet when I got to the register to get ringed up, the cashier was slow, she didnt say anything, she had no customer service, It was like she couldnt speak. She was moving boxes around wasting time and knowing that their was a long line to be attended for. For those reasons I give this place a 2 star and overall the experience was below average for a first timer going into this place.

Horrible customer service. I went in for a washable ink pad and when I approached 3 employees behind the register they scattered away. I guess I must have interrupted their conversation and they had someone else "help" me. This employee did not answer my question and decided to ring up other customers instead of helping me. Another employee pointed where I should go and refused to walk me over to the product. After walking around for 10 minutes I finally found someone who actually did their job. Not a satisfied customer at all, they need to be retrained.

I love coming to these crafting stores because a lot of projects just pops in your head and you just want to buy every little thing to craft it. However I doubt I have much time or space to do all these things. The staff was nice enough to ask if we need assistance with anything. Very helpful. Never hate coming here and never did.

Disappointed because I needed more yarn of a certain color on sale and they couldnt give me a rain check to buy the rest for the same price next week. Nor, could get them from another store either...
