This is good place for any home project, the only problem is they wont let you use the same coupon twice at that time you are in the store. If you leave the store and come back, they will let you use it. Stupid rule, and not convenient for the customer, but it is what it is. AC Moore has no problem with this kind of scenarios using a coupon.

Many of the skeins of yarn in stock have obviously been returned - they are rewound, riddled with knots, and I even took one home to find out that someone had ripped out a hunk from the middle of the skein, cut out a giant tangle of yarn, and stuffed the knot back inside! Poor quality control, very frustrating.

When we found help it was good, but there was walking. 3 or 4 paints? Yeah they help solve questions like that. Coupon only comes after purchase.

My experience varies with this location. I either get ignored, or treated like an inconvenience. They are much friendlier at AC More.
