We often take time to only complain about something negative. Im also guilty of that but Id like to take the time to share a wonderful moment Ive encountered from your store. I went in on Monday and bought of few items in which I received PP for. So I decided to leave a few items behind because Id like to use my points which wouldnt be available until Tuesday morning. While checking out I inquired about the Arm and Hammer pods in which the young lady Nikki said they dont carry but she knew Id be back the next day for the items I decided to leave behind. So on Tuesday night I went back to the store for the items and I found out Nikki had a few bags of A&H transferred from another store for me. She thought of me as a customer. She went the extra mile for me and made sure I was satisfied though I only inquired about the product and really had no idea if Id really come back. She surely made my day and from the bottom of heart I so much appreciate your wonderful gesture. So to Nikki, thank so very much. Although, this store isnt my local store but I will be back a lot more often.Thank you to the managers at that location for hiring great people like Nikki.

Pharmacy staff are awesome. They take the time to get to know u personally... theyre very knowledgeable and wicked helpful. Ive been coming here for about 2 years now... they began greeting me by name after the first like 2 months when I was getting my refills. And they move as quickly as they can. Now when I call in my refills they recognize my voice and ask me how Im doing. I rate rite aid way above walgreens and cvs.

This Rockland store still has a touch of the old time personal service. Everyone who works there is so friendly and knowledgable. Also, the prices and specials on everything in the store cant be beat. So, thank you to the pharmacy and store personnel!

Our family has been using Rite Aid since we moved to rockland, and never have we had an issue there. Always has friendly staff, and easy to get what you want and get out.
