I need a prescription filled as I was out and had none available for my evening needs and they were out and would not receive another delivery until Tues or Wed. I felt from their tone and more their lack of expression in their face that it did not matter to them. I asked where the nearest Rite Aid was: New Bedfor, Falmouth, and etc. They again did not transmit any concern as to the drive to these other places. I got on the phone to ESI (Express Scripts) to find out what I could do. They gave me a list of other pharmacies that I was approved to use. I spent most of the mid- morning running around to get this script filled. Like my wife said, I get this refulled every month. Dont they have some kind of punch list that states between the end of the month to the 1st week of the next, we need to insure that this medication is available. Simple

Slow, no sense of urgency. Something is off with the culture at this pharmacy as most of the techs and pharmacist working there are not great to deal with.

The staff told me an 1/2 hr. When I went back 50 min later. they told me another 40mins. Just say an hr .
