I have been in Newburyport and now Salisbury for a good part of 30 years and remember Lynch"s pharmacy being a drug store of yesteryear when I first settled here .To me a historic building and business.Hardly visited it ,back then,didn"t need it as much as today. Well anyways dropped in one day to find an item ,that was just not to be found.Needless to say I met Stella and explained to her what I was looking for.Long story short best customer service I ever experienced.(This trip to Lynch"s was my 3rd or 4th visit and already felt the homey atmosphere This trip I met Mr. Lynch,Stella and Maria all helped finding what was almost not to find(an old school treatment and supplies. In general love that pharmacy and the family that makes it Lynch"s Thanks guys !! gdub

Lynchs Pharmacy is an old fashioned mom & pop, quite literally. Most if not all of the staff is family, they have been in business in town for ever, and they know most of their customers by their first names. What is unusual about Lynchs, is that in addition to filling your prescriptions, about 90% of their floor space is surprisingly devoted to herbal, homeopathic, and alternative medicines and supplements. You wouldnt know or expect this if you never stepped inside. This location is very convenient, right on High Street, parking is easy, Please support Lynchs and the local economy instead of the impersonal corporate megapharmacy around the corner.

The Andriotakises and their staff are professional, capable, and responsive, providing friendly personal service and often going out of their way to be helpful, giving advice and helping us cope with the intricacies of getting and using prescription medicines. till an issue arose concerning a shipment which was manipulated into a horrible experience by the manager. This was the first time in my life my ethnicity has ever been used as a slur. Wow! :(
