After your first transaction you will become a customer for life. Over 12 years ago, after shopping and trying on glasses all over the place and just not getting that "this is the one" feeling, I entered the Market Square Optical Shop. Within 5 minutes I was introduced to the frames I still wear to this day. Tom has an amazing talent for knowing exactly what looks best, feels best. Its like magic. Very pleasant and immediate service without charge anytime we need a fix. Im writing this as I am returning to replace my existing pair of specticles which I have had for many years and realized the best way to thank Tom is by telling my story.

I was looking for a new pair of sunglasses and my girlfriend, Kristin told me about this shop. She brought me to the Market Square Optical shop and Tom was extremely helpful. He just knew what style would look good on me. I ended up buying a pair of Kaenon Georgia sunglasses and absolutely love them. Two days later we went back because she was picking up glasses she ordered. Then I decided to get a pair of reading glasses. And again, Tom found a pair of Tiffany and Co. glasses that I absolutely fell in love with. He was so nice and was very honest about what looked right on me. Thank you Tom for your great service. I really like this optical store. I have found that the glasses available there are a lot more stylish and flattering than what youll find at the big chain optical stores. Whats more, the personal service is genuinely helpful. Its a pleasant experience to go there. They are good at what they do and they work hard to make sure that youre happy with with your purchase and the entire experience. Im very pleased with my glasses and happy to have a business nearby that I know I can trust and count on.

They have tons of affordable sunglasses! I got my first pair of bifocals this year and realized that as an outdoor aquatics director I need to be protecting my eyes. After walking out of lensecrafters in tears because they had one pair of frames that kind of fit my face but were ugly and $300 I felt hopeless. But Tom was kind and helpful and worked with me to find the perfect pair to fit my petite face. They sont break my bank, but still look good. And now I know that I can safely do my job this summer.

I got my first pair of glasses here, back in the late 90s, I was in the 3rd grade; I havent gone anywhere else since. Tom (the man that works there) is the BEST at what he does, and if youre on a budget he will always have something you like in your price range. Did you break your glasses? Soccer ball to the face? He will take excellent care of your glasses needs!

I cant buy glasses anywhere else now. Tom and his cohort are the best at helping me find frames that flatter my face, and their customer service is always exemplary. The worst thing about this shop is that it is so popular, if you go when its busy you may have to wait a while for your turn with that stunning customer service, but its worth it.
