After living elsewhere for the last 18 years, I just returned to this Parelli Optical and was impressed with how they have continued to have outstanding staff, prices, and selection!!! Kathy worked tirelessly with me, even after numerous back and forth phone calls, to work out an appointment time and new insurance kinks. Dr. Bridger was awesome at taking the time to do my eye glasses examination. I was skeptical that two different people would be doing my eye exam separately from my contacts fitting. However, both staff were exceptional. Elisa fitted my contacts and taught me things about contacts wearing and maintenance that I never knew before! Lastly, Linda was more than experienced when she fixed my loose sunglasses and provided information and advice on choosing an eyeglasses frame. Overall, these are top-notch professionals who are kind, personal, and very good at their craft. They are extremely fair too when it comes to budget.

I have gone to Parrelli Optical for three years now. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have never been kept waiting and the office has such a friendly, cooperative atmosphere. Dr. Bridger and Dr. Bird are extremely competent and seem legitimately interested in every aspect of my vision care. They take the time to listen and explain things to me in depth. They take a personal interest in any concerns I have and are very willing to discuss issues until I am comfortable with our decisions regarding my eye care. I always leave very happy and confident that my eyes are receiving expert care. They are also great at preventative care and are very up with current best practices and research in their fields.

I have been going to Parrelli Optical for many years now. Their staff is the reason for my loyalty. They are very helpful, knowledgeable,organized, friendly and personable. I started with transition glasses and eventually evolved into contact lenses, which was difficult for me as I couldnt even put eyedrops in! They taught me how to do it - and I was motivated - and I am so happy that I trusted them. Their frame selection is very nice - a good variety that fits pretty much everyones taste. I took my Sister there for her eye exam and frames as well and she was very happy with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that does it all or only one piece.

Excellent service. Dr. Bridger is thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was seen in a timely fashion and the appointment never felt rushed. The office staff was extremely helpful and even managed to rush my new lenses so that I would have them in time to actually SEE a show a few days later. Whatever my expectations, they surpassed them. Went back for a followup a year latter. My experience was not a fluke. These folks are simply the best.

Have been coming to Parrelli Optical for years because of the knowledgeable, professional, friendly Drs and staff. 4/5 people in the house wear contacts. First point of contact is Cathy, always courteous and accommodating. Linda and Cynthia are terrific when it comes to making recommendations for new frames, taking measurements, and handling the occasional "tune up." Always a great experience!

Unbelievable service. I had a broken temple on my favorite pair of glasses, which I had bought somewhere else. The original store was not helpful and simply said they couldnt fix it. The friendly staff at Parrelli not only installed a new temple (while I waited), they refused to charge me for it. I dont even remember the last time I have experienced service like this. Highly recommended!

OMG,THE BEST EYE APPT. I HAVE EVER HAD. BEING 74 I CAN SAY I HAVE HAD MANY!!!!!!! DR. REBECCA AND DR. PETER BRIDGER WERE JUST REMARKABLE, THE EQUIPTMENT IS SO UP TO DATE, NO MORE DROPS IN YOUR EYES WALKING AROUND HALF BLIND FOR HRS. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE ALSO AUSOME. SO GLAD TO HAVE THESE WONDERFUL DRS. AS PART OF MY EYE HELTH CARE.

When they say their open till 8pm on Thursday but yet the doors are locked !!! And all lights are on yeah very nice ppl . ! If you are not going to stay open till 8pm put a damn sign up .
