I just went there to cash my mothers scratch ticket they ask for my id which I didnt have atm I understand it was the ladys first day n all but when I told them I was 24 they gave each other a look not believing me and also the girl that was training her is there all the time seeing me there (which shes the managers niece) then I went all the home got my id then they tell me the machine is broke now thats bullshit idc they didnt say it was broke when they asked for my id

A pump froze with my credit card information still active on the pump. When the situation was brought to the managers attention the experience got worse. Extremely bad customer service if a negitive rating could be given I would do so. A customer should not be brought to tears by a manager. Corporate office will be notified. Suggest using another location to everyone who reads this.
