My fiance and i went here around 10:00am Sunday morning. We find different coffee/breakfast sandwich joints across the south shore every Sunday. I have never been so dissapointed. We went here after reading great reviews about customer service and delicious food and also because it was highly rated on trip advisor. The customer service was terrible. We walked in and within seconds got asked what we wanted. We werent even through the door. I realize you have regulars and that is great. But you cannot treat every customer that walks through the door as a regular. We had never been there before and you could probably tell by the staring at the menu and blank faces. I was actually nervous telling this girl what i wanted because i felt so unbeleivably rushed. There wasnt even a line and your making breakfast sandwhiches, take a deep breath. So we told her what we wanted, but we never got asked would you like anything else? Would you like some coffee to go with that? Now i heard great things about their coffee, but could not find a coffee menu or even the option anywhere. Your store is called bagel and coffee co.. So we just didnt get it. By the time we saw the coffee cups we were in front of the cashier. He seemed annoyed because we didnt understand how this line was functioning. We thought maybe we could order the coffee here at checkout. Instead the man puts his hand up in annoyance and says what did you get? I said breakfast sandwiches.. he said ok also with an attitude what kind? So we paid and moved on to wait. As if we werent annoyed already i noticed nobody was smiling, nobody says have a nice day. We are waiting for our food and theres still NO LINE. So slow things down a bit. The girl calls out your all set. Ok, whos all set? Me? Like absolutely no personality, just yells at me your all set. As if the customer service wasnt bad enough we go outside to eat our sandwiches. I guess every sandwhich and every person is treated as if theyre in a HUGE rush and wouldnt like to sit down and enjoy their food. Our sandwiches were wrapped in some sort of foil with a paper/wax lining inside. The outside foil was greasy and gross. And then my sandwiches cheese was melted everywhere and the paper part of the foil was stuck to my sandwich. I had to go home and take the time to peal this layer off before i could eat it. I am really dissapointed and wish this place the best of luck. Moral of the story, dont treat every customer like a regular, smile more, ask if people would like their sandwich to go, slow things down a bit and get some better customer service. Will never go here again.

Fresh ingredients, tasty wraps and bagel sandwiches. Homemade quiche and soups daily with rotating selection. The staff is so friendly! I have had catered platters from them made for meetings and gatherings and am consistently satisfied with all of their menu offerings.

This place is the center of the creepy universe that is Hingham Massachusetts. If youre ever stuck in this particular Twilight Zone, you should get breakfast here. Sandwiches for catered events are good too. The turkey gobblers a are awesome.

Love this place. Every time Im in Hingham its a must stop. Really great staff seem to know most regulars. Sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel is the only thing Ive ever had. Cash only.

get a pumpernickel bagel hollowed out with extra ice and lemon!! absolutely delicious. ask for anne, she really knows how to whip up an amazing bagel..

Cash only, front door opens the wrong way, hitting people at the coffee bar. Decent enough food and tasty coffee though
