Today I was served by a very kind person, I believe his name was Josh. Not being a starbucks junkie I went in today because I had a free item voucher for my birthday. He calmly and slowly explained to me how it worked and made my experience very pleasant. I started to get flustered because the app wouldnt load so that he could scan my card. See that I was getting nervous and uncomfortable (social anxiety) he told me he would take care of it and fixed the problem. Thank you so much to this kind soul for your patience and delicious beverage! :)

Starbucks is notorious for its blatant price gouging across the world but relatively speaking, the prices here in Quincy are marginally lower. I had nothing to complain about other than space, but thats impossible to fix without relocating. In my opinion, 4 stars is given to restaurants that make the food accurately and at a pace that wouldnt be described as "leisurely," with pleasant-enough but not-quite bright and enthusiastic service. This Starbucks fits the bill 100%.

Poor service and the place was a mess. No cream or milk at table. I had to ask someone for cream. I just want to make my coffee and go most times I go the cream is gone. Maybe they should use bigger containers or something. The straws were not on table either, they were way on the other side of bar.The coffee didnt taste fresh either. Sorry starbucks,im done. Thats why I roast my own beans.

very rude customer services both "super visor and employee simply asked to get refund for give card that has not been used, just got it from Xmas present, been told that i have to spend 90% of the card value and get the rest of the refund back!! so what is the whole point of "getting refund"? I wont recommended this location to anyone nearby, beware of purchasing their gift card too!

Overall the Starbucks chain provides good menu items and good service. The wait after ordering for this location in particular is a bit longer and frustrating because the baristas tend to be very chatty with other customers.

Not enough seating/outlets. Prices for iced teas that are not black are absurd, especially since it is not brewed on demand. How could you sell tea and not have an associate spend 2 minutes cutting lemon wedges? Weird.

I dont know what is going on here- but I just cannot get in and out in under 10 minutes- even when there is no line something comes up and delays my order (which is always just a black iced coffee)

The baristas went out of their way to be kind. They made a mistake with a drink I ordered and made me a new one and let me keep the other one which I gave to my brother.
