24-Hour store/gas station... I needed gas at 1:30am. I put card in pump and got to authorization screen where attendant needs to authorize the sale. Since it was taking a while for this to happen, I went to go into the store to ask the problem. A sign on the door read "Be Right Back" and all the doors were locked. I could not leave because the pump will not let you cancel a sale from there at this point in the transaction. After waiting 15 minutes I finally looked up the phone number and called the store. The man working quickly picked up the phone and informed me nonchalantly that he was in the back room. He then took his good old time strolling out to accept the transaction and unlock the doors. He did not even look at us and he did not apologize for the inconvenience. From now on I will drive past this gas station at night, even if my tank is completely empty.

Amazing; simply amazing!!! I have never had a problem with this Cumberlands Farms. The service has ALWAYS been outstanding, and I go there when I need gas. The employees are friendly and helpful when I have any questions. The lot usually has a few people in, but I almost never have to wait for a pump. The person who rated and gave a poor review probably went to this store and their experience was not a good one. But, maybe the person doesnt work there? Maybe the night something happened and they had to close the store for a few? There can be thousands of reasons behind your there SIMPLE complaint. This is a great clean and friendly place to buy everything from bars of soap to the much valued gas for our cars.
