Not sure where all the 5 stars come from. Went into the Milford store. I had the most arrogant man talking to me like I distracted him from what he was doing on the computer. I walked out and went to Bobs in Bellingham and received first class treatment and bought a mattress set. Funny thing another couple I saw in Mattress firm in Milford also left there and went to Bobs.

First time in, customer service was great! Had a lot of questions answered by friendly associate Rob. Walked us through different mattresses until we were able to decide which one was the best for us. Also helped us pick out new pillows! Highly recommend. Finally will be able to get a good night rest.
