This is one of my favorite consignment stores to visit. Everything is well presented and items are clean and up to date. Its obvious that these ladies work hard to refesh the store after so many things are sold. I have consigned items with them as well as bought things new to me. Its a great place to buy something slightly used to get a really great deal! I have ALWAYS found the women at this shop to be pleasant, informative, helpful and courteous at any time of day. They also make payments promptly for whatever I have sold in the previous month.

Always find interesting things here, at great prices. Everything is displayed nicely, well organized, and the price tags are easy to find & understand. Have also consigned here, always get prompt payment, and the owner & staff (always friendly & pleasant) often have suggestions about improving the saleability of items (showcading with other things on the store, offering at a different time, pricing, etc). Everything they sell is in good condition & clean - no junk here!

I agree that Options is a very nice store and most of the people are very nice, however there is that one woman (I recognize her from the other review!) who is very rude. She has asked me to leave, not very politely, when the store is closing in ten or so minutes - and ushers me out. Very strange way to run a business! (??)

Friendly, sweet staff and high-quality, casual midcentury pieces. Strong selection of decorative housewares and 1950s-1980s low-key New England tchotchkes. No hipster affectation. Neatly organized. Reasonable prices on classic, well-made stuff.
