Worst customer service ever!!! Do not order from Sticks. We ordered stools on November 25, 2016 and were told 3-4 weeks. We paid $1,800 up front. We still have no stools as of January 13,2017. The manager there is rude and is no help. We were told we could not get any money back and could not cancel the order. We left several messages on their answering machine (nobody ever answers the phone) and never received a call back. The "manager" tells us he has no idea when we may be receiving our stools and he cant do anything about it. I would never order anything from these people. They will take your money but then you are on your own!

Worst buying experience I have had in many years. Bought stools in early December 2106, paid in full at the time. I followed up 8 weeks later for a status, but after 6 phone calls on different days, leaving voicemails, and 1 email, I never heard back from this company. I have since cancelled through my credit card company, I dont even know if this company is still in business at this point. I would not recommend this business.

very nice gentleman in store.HIGH quality futons.great prices.i bought"bargain" futon online.its completely uncomfortable and cheap.go here.dont make same mistake I did.now i have to pay dump to take junky futon.

We spent $2k on stools. The order should have been in Nov 8. I have called for an update and the store wont call me back. Dont order from this store. They dont care about the customer once the sale is made.

Top quality bar stools and great service. They have a large selection of quality futon beds as well as bunk beds and bar stools. Larger than it looks from the outside.
