Here are some facts. I ordered an edible arrangement from the web and sent the order through the Methuen location. The arrangement was ordered the Thursday or Friday before Mothers day. I paid the rather high fee for delivery on Mothers Day. Day after Mothers Day, my father called to ask why I hadnt sent my mother anything! I called the store, after being on hold for 10-15 minutes, the lady answered and "swore" that everything looked as though it had been delivered. She said they would make the arrangement and "re-deliver" it. After telling her I wanted some compensation, she did refund the delivery charge and the cost for the balloons. Monday night, I called my mom to ask if she got the arrangement - NOPE! Tuesday morning I called them back to see what the heck was going on - I never got an explanation, but they did finally deliver the arrangement... And the balloons for which I received a discount... SAID Happy Assistants day. You can make up your mind if you would like to use this store. I wont be using them ever again.

Great little shop! We stopped in Saturday afternoon and the guy running the place was a sweetheart! Very polite and courteous. :) the froyo was ddlicious!! And the fruit is always fresh.. I love the chocolate covered everything!! We will definitely be regular customers!

I ordered an arrangement and then called to request that the arrangement specifically be delivered anytime after 3, and they failed to follow simple instructions, for product I paid for. Poor service
