Cute stuff but sadly the WORST customer service I have ever endured in my adult life. We ordered a custom mailbox from them after noticing this adorable mail box in their store with colorful song birds all over it. When placing our order the sales man told us the box came in small medium and large. Even though it drove the price up we opted for the large as we figured the birds would really stand out.. It took about 3 weeks until the mail box arrived at the country store. When my husband went to pick it up the box was sealed and since we were required to pay in advance (when ordering) he didnt take the time to cut open the box and check the mail box. We just went to install the mail box and the box was not what we were sold. It is 75 % plain white with a strip of birds on either side. Since the box is so large you cant even see the birds. This is not what we were sold as the mailbox at the store was covered in birds. I called and spoke to Chris which I found out was the owner. First he told me there was nothing he could do because its been 5 weeks. I explained that we had to purchase a post and hire someone to install it and that took several weeks. He then told me that we should have checked it when we picked it up. I told him that the box was taped shut and my husband would not have even been able to open it unless his store assisted. I then asked him why his store didnt check custom orders when they came in and he said "thats not our responsibility". He then told me that the box displayed in the store with the birds is a small box and when you order a large you loose all of the graphics. I then asked him why we were not told that and he replied "why didnt you ask that question". The worst customer service ever

This is the best store in the world! Locally its known as the Mansfield Country Store. Its a real old-fashioned general store. The smell is absolute heaven. They make ther own fudge in several different flavors. Theyve got a real old-timey penny candy counter with the curved glass. Theyve got a wooden barrel of pickles. Theyve got everything from local foods to old fashioned toys, scented candles, old tin signs, kitchenware, lamps, even furniture and grandfather clocks! Theyve even got an authentic nickelodeon player piano. You put a quarter in the slot and it plays a song that you can hear throughout the store. The people are very friendly and helpful. Just walk in the front door and youll instantly be happy. I promise. This is a great place to go christmas shopping, too.

My husband and I had pretty much decided a great fit for a small area in our home would be this beautiful table and chair set we saw at the country store. We went back to purchase it and were treat so rudely that we left. I guess Mansfield Country Store didnt need to sell a product that was priced over one thousand dollars. No problem I will go buy a table and chair set at Stickleys.

Been going here for quite a few years...bought a cast iron pan ...cracked the moment the stove heated up..we tried to return it (without receipt) whos saves receipt when buying a cast iron pan...the manager or owner, pretty much accused us of buying it someplace else..wouldnt even consider an even exchange..very poor customer service ..they have lost a good customer

Antique furniture an old time signs this country store is nestled in the back roads of Mansfield. You could get fudge Penny Candy or simply walk around and check out all the paintings and antiques love this place

This is a place where you feel at home. Plenty of candy and the chocolate is good but a little expensive. The furniture is expensive because its made good! Lots of rooms to look at.
