I had visited a New Balance store and was blown away by the service, knowledge, care, and help I got that I had to return when it came time. Unfortunately that store closed. I found this factory store in Lawrence and thought I would get the same our better service. Boy was I far from wrong! Workers were way to busy talking with friends (or who ever it was walking around, not looking at any specific product) than helping me find the best shoe for my feet. Then to top it off we went to the checkout the cashier was on the phone, hung up and told us too wait. She then got on her radio and got at least 3 others to help find the sneaker the caller was looking for. Seems like they will do just about anything for a customer not in the store. I am shocked and confused by this complete turn around. I was hoping for better service at the factory store connected to where some of their product is made. Not a satisfied customer due to the crappy service and how we were treated.

prices range from $130.00 US made to $24.99 made in China. also had some from several other countries. also has clearance spot in rear of store so check it out. I recommend buy what fits most comfortably and do not look at the price. some models have 2E and 4E widths so do not be afraid to ask a sales person to show you which models have the wide widths...not all do. if you are new to buying shoes. stand up on flt floor and see how yours toes spread. they should do that inside the shoe, and you should not measure by your toes near the end for length. toes should never touch the end or even be close, that is incorrect. where the shoes tie is where you check...over the top with the heel in place. very helpful sale people! 4 stars since not all shoes have wide widths....

Very good prices for high quality of products. Staff very helpful. Appropriate and modern design for Active products. New Balance is very involved in the Community. Partnership with schools encouraging active lifestyle for Kids, and Junior Coach programs. Local parks, and Playgrounds also get sponsored by New Balance. This is a social responsible and sustainable business. New Balance links its own wellbeing (development) to the wellbeing of its immediate customers and environment (Residents + the City of Lawrence).

Outstanding selection and the same goes for pricing. One grade above selection and pricing was the customer service from hello, how do you do, till, thank you, come back soon!! Yeslie was our sales consultant for the day. Wow, never met anyone before that knew so much about the product they were advising people on or could relate so well to our need for fit, comfort and price. Highly recommend a trip to this super New Balance factory store; its worth the investment of your time!!

Omg! A huge store full of beautiful, top quality sneakers at very reasonable prices. If that wasnt enough- they were 40% off of the marked price. I was able to get 2 pairs of adult mens sneakers, 1 pair womens sneakers, and a pair of childs sneakers for under $140.! They also offer an email club where your purchases accrue points for discounts on future purchases. Its a total win!

Tons of great sneakers and clothing here at a more affordable price point than the branch store in Boston. I get a lot of socks and accessories at this store. No one really approaches me when Im in this store but I like the casual shopping experience. Id recommend it to anyone who needs fitness gear or running stuff.

NEW BALANCE Factory Outlet Store is a Fantastic place to get Athletic Shoes and Clothing at a deep discount. Theres a wide selection. Modern store in an old mill, with a very helpful staff. Im sad, however, that their Clearance Prices have gone up. Thats where I got lots of the best deals.

If you wear new balance shoes, this is a REAL FACTORY OUTLET. Knowledgeable sales people, and most every style...some common, some uncommon. Prices are good, but can get to "great" with certain specials that are semi regular.

This is an outlet store in a restored mill. There is dedicated parking for customers across from the building. The store is clean and bright and the sales staff were very helpful and engaged.
