The good & the bad. The Bad: First, you receive a quote from a central operator. When you come into the shop, the quote is inflated with alignment, road side assistance, etc, some of which I dont need and they have to delete it from the bill. The Good: And its mostly all good. First, the Kumho tires I wanted for my class b RV was in stock---and 215/75R15 are hard to come by. Other companies didnt have them in stock and Id have to pony up an additional $70 "delivery fee." Second, they loaded my rig right up even though I was early for my appt. Third, I was informed that my tie rods were so rusted (damn east coast weather) that they couldnt perform an alignment and would deduct the service from my bill. This was truly very honest of them. There are companies out there that wouldve simply said they did it and pocketed the $...and who would be the wiser? I commend Sullivans honesty. Id do business with them again.

AAA towed my car here after I broke down. This is the only auto repair shop in the area where I have left not feeling taken advantage of and cheated! They honestly diagnosed a problem as relatively minor when they could easily have told me it was a much larger, more expensive issue. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they had coupons that just came in and gave me one for a free oil change! I will definitely go here again if my car needs another repair.

The service here was excellent. After AAA dropped me off (with my car), these folks were kind enough to drive me to a train station (almost 20 minutes away!) so that I could get back to Boston during a storm. The cars issues were diagnosed within a day, and fixed after another. Pricing appeared more then fair. Im not sure what more one could ask from a repair shop.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly:honest. Theyve resolved issues that other shops failed to correct properly on at least 3 occasions that I recall. --someday Ill learn that cheaper isnt always better......
