Im a regular at this Starbucks for some reasoN today was just a horrible experience had to wait in front of the cash register for more than 5min none acknowledged me or greeted me after placing my order they had me waiting 20 min for a London fog I would of understood if they asked me to wait or that it was busy but it wasnt, I asked they had forgotten ,had me waiting again for like 15min and did not tell me a word just standing behind the counter when I finally got my drink I was very polite an the girl that made it apologized for the wait, I said it was fine but that next time they should let the customers know if is gonna take that long, a guys with a winter black hat told me I should tell them my drink wasnt ready which I did he just wasnt paying attention to what I was saying I guess....we come here to buy coffee feel good not to have baristas giving me a bad attitude and giving me looks after all that happened like I did something wrong. I didnt even say nothing rude to them seriously check your staff

Its a Starbucks, what can I say. Coffee is...eh...O.K. Pastries are awful But this location is only two minutes from Logan International Airport terminals, so, if youre picking someone up, it makes for a great layover. Have a coffee and a snack, read, relax, and when they call you from the luggage terminal you can be there by the time the are at the curb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Odd. Counter person was quite friendly but the whole floor in back of the counter was soaked as if there had been a big spill. It looked both slippery and unsanitary. Nobody was mopping it and the staff working in that space didnt seem to notice. It was easily visible, however, to customers ordering at the register.

This Starbucks is Great, The Staff is Friendly and Knowledgeable !!! please Do Not Confuse This Store With the Starbucks in The Target Store Up the road, they are Totally Different and by that I mean 100X WORSE. if you have to drive a bit out of your way to get to the Starbucks store, Do It!!

Always packed and some staff is very rude and very slow! Ive been there 3 times twice because it was the weekend and they were on the way. And 1 time I was there and I was in a rush to get work the rep noticed that and took care of my order quickly and that was the only time they were quick!

This is a nice Starbucks... Also clean and staff is helpful. The drive thru is a little slow, so come inside and enjoy a comfortable seat. Bathrooms are always spotless. Parking can sometimes be an issue. New power wireless chargers are awesome.

This is my go to Starbucks on the regular. The crew is fantastic, especially in the morning. The coffee is always spot on. My only gripe, which shouldnt take away any stars, is that I wish the parking lot was bigger.

Screw Starbux, the unAmerican pricks would rather hire 10k refugees rather then Americans and or our vets. There is more than one place to get great coffee, and some liberal, tree hugging Co. out of Seattle taint it.

Great place for coffee and waiting for a plane to land at Logan Airport; However, the long wait inside is ridiculous. I would go thru the drive thru and park and wait in the future.
