This place has staffing issues. They clearly dont have enough people on during peak hours like Sat.AM. I stopped in this morning; it was very busy and I expected to wait, but not 25+ minutes. The guy who ordered before me left in anger before he received his drink. I watched people who came in after me get their orders, so I finally asked the barista if he had my order. He mumbled, probably here somewhere. and didnt check. I waited a few minutes more and also left without my drink.

Awful, customer service especially when doing mobile order. The barista had me standing there waiting for my drink when my drink was already done behind the counter instead of in a view that I can just take my drinks and on top of it she just ignore me and didnt ask if I was all set. I was literally standing in front of her more that 10minutes.

Staffing issues and a few miserable employees, plus parking availability being iffy. Not one of my favorite locations for this coffeehouse chain. Theres a reason I refer to this location as Ghettobucks. Definitely not a reliable place to meet up with someone for business or pleasure.

It has a very good interior and its pleasant to be there, but drinks are usually made incorrect. I love Starbucks, this one is average, roadside version of it.
