After dealing with terrible service from terrible car salesman at a terrible used car lot, my experience with Adams Street Motors was an angelic breath of fresh air. The head dealer, Lee, is a straight-shooting, down-to-earth, just all around good guy. The man knows cars and will talk to you like a real human being, not a stooge waiting to be suckered. I called him up, told him what my price-range was, and we scheduled a viewing of three cars. Lee helped me decide which car would be best on me based on my lifestyle and commute. He had a straight answer for every question I asked about each car. He made purchasing the car very easy. He told me everything I needed to know about registration and insurance. He even let me use a set of their license plates so I could drive down to the RMV and finalize registration. After purchasing the car, I did noticed a small issue with the trunk, which Lee immediately checked and fixed for me. Everyone I encountered during this experience, from Lee to the next-door mechanic, to the guys across the street at the service station where I got my inspection sticker, were just flat-out nice, friendly, knowledgeable people. I was so relieved to have gotten my car from such a reliable place.

Simply texted the number given through Car Gurus on one of their over-priced listings. Offered cash and a negotiable price and the salesman simply texted back to get my "head examined" The sad part is I have more than enough to pay asking price. Rude salesman! And lack of respect for customers!
