I purchased a 2010 Lexus RX 350 on March 24, 2017 which was at a good price. The car was missing all the floor mats and toneau cover. There were also some scratches on the body. The manager I dealt with named George assured me he would take care of all of these issues. The scratches that were supposedly removed at their body shop were in fact not. I told him not to worry about the floor mats as I would take care of those which I did within a week on Ebay and received OEM matching Lexus floor mats. He promised at the time of the purchase that he would locate and send to me a toneau cover within a week. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting. I have sent multiple text messages, have had several phone calls with him about this issue and even sent him posts on Ebay of the exact toneau cover he could easily order from Ebay to send to me. I have been given excuses as to why it has not happened including he had forgotten to locate a cover, he would have a salesperson go look for one in their warehouse, he received one but it was in too bad a shape to send me to he had a black one (but my interior color is light grey). At this point I do not believe he ever intended to honor this final piece of our purchase agreement and would caution anyone about doing business with this dealership. Buyer Beware!!!

I live almost 80 miles away in NH and was trying to get as much info to and from them before wasting a day off. I Inquired about a vehicle and the only response I would get is "it is still availiable". Filled out a credit app and talked to multiple people trying to figure out if they could work out a reasonable payment on the car I was interested in. No straight answers even though I provided more than enough info... (9500 dollar car with 500 down). I was looking for 200-225 a month since Im 19 and will have to pay a bit higher insurance. Sure enough once I finally got to talk to George and told him what my plan was, he said he would call me back to figure something out. A simple "no can do" wouldve helped me a lot and saved me a couple days of waiting around. People dont fall into dealership traps!! They want to get you there so they can toy with you in person and hopefully get you into a car that they want to sell, not what you want to buy.

If I could go lower I would. Buyer beware, put deposit down on car. Had issues to address, gave him two weeks after all of his stall tactics only to find the car was in worse condition with a broken windshield. His excuse for the cracked windshield was "snow"?! Was suppose to address a few issues and didnt. Wasted time dealing with him and waiting around for the car to be ready. If you deal with him you will see how poor his attitude is. Only uneducated car buyers would actually buy a car from him! Not leaving this because Im bitter, but because I thought the bad reviews were skued, gave him a shot because I work in the industry so I know what to look for, and trying to help others avoid making mistake! This is coming from a BMW technician! Btw the whole time I was dealing with the owner, so it can only get worse from here!

So disappointed. Wish I could give 0 stars. They had 3 cars I was interested in, listed on their website. I called to verify and they confirmed that they were there. After I drove an hour out there, the guy inside acted like I was such an inconvenience, interrupting his personal conversation. We got outside, all three cars arent there, and were "sold". I try to see if theres something else I am interested in on their lot (I totaled my previous car and was really in need of a car). I test drove a 4runner, and when I got in, the gas light was on. I was afraid to go more than 3 miles down the road in case I got stranded. Then the guy acted annoyed when I wanted to look around at other vehicles, so I just left. Worst experience Ive ever had at a car place.

I cannot say anything specific other than each of the three times I stop by I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I was there with a friend and ready to buy a car. We even had a car picked out, brought it to a mechanic had it evaluated, and decided to buy the car. We had one question before signing the purchase and sales agreement which was sitting on the desk in front of us. The question was : were they going to replace the tires as the mechanic had suggested. We really didnt care what the answer was but just wanted to know before signing the agreement. He never gave us a straight answer. We decided to go have a cup of coffee and think about it. While thinking about it we decided to try a different dealer. They lost a sale because of this.

They dont even deserve one hundredth of a star! Made an appointment to look at a car. I drove an hour to get there and when I finally arrived they said the car was out for an oil change. I asked when the car would be back and he said about an hour. I complained about making an appointment to see a car and for it to not be there was unacceptable. He acted like he didnt care and basically ignored me. I told him he just lost a sale and said that he didnt need my business anyway! I would highly recommend going anywhere but here! I got in touch with the owner and he offered me a $50 gas card for my troubles but I had to meet him off 495 in Southboro to pick it up! What a bunch of losers!!!! You can take your gas card and shove it up your @&&!!

This is worst car dealership EVER!!! PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Yes I am telling you, this is by far the worst car dealership. The owner George will try to rip you off and he is so rude too. The cars are so bad that they fix it just to make it run for few days or until the warranty is over. By the way, dont trust the warranty that they promise. Its a joke. They are not going to stand by their warranty what so ever. Even if you have to pay a little extra money, please go to another dealer. You will not regret this decision. I wish I had read other reviews before buying a car from this place. They dont care about you even though you are paying them thousands of dollars. Just dont waste your hard earned money in this place.

When its time to change my an old Corolla, I started looking for a new car. Not satisfied with a private offering, began looking for a place where there will be a lot of cars and will be plenty to choose from. After short travel around the city, i am stopped at this dealer. As imperceptibly to himself, the guys from the "Empire Motors" could gently and unobtrusively find and offer me some different cars. It should be noted that I did not know exactly what I need. But salesman have taken into account my wishes and now I am the happy owner of my new Toyota (I was a fan of the brand))) Thank you for an enjoyable experience, guys. I can safely recommend this dealership. I do not regret!!!
