Sending out a big thank you to JTS Auto, I purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser from JTS auto at the end of March. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help. First I need to thank the finance department for working with me. Randy was great, I was able to get the loan I wanted with in the budget I had set, all done within 24 hours. This was awesome because I could not wait to drive my new vehicle. When I was looking over the vehicle I could tell the former owner was a smoker and I am not. Without hesitation they offered to have the vehicle professionally detailed. When I came to pick up the vehicle, It sparkled like it was brand new and it’s kept the new car smell. Whoever they used for the detail work, great job! Whenever purchasing a used vehicle, there is always a chance of something needing repair, my new vehicle was no exception. After a few weeks the abs lights came on, not something a new car buyer wants to see. I’ve heard horror stories of people being stuck with problem vehicle and dealers not helping the customer. My experience was the opposite. I called JTS and they took my vehicle in the same day. The owner himself gave me a call and placed a rush order on my parts. I had my vehicle fixed in record time and they were so friendly about it. They took care of everything, no expenses for me. I am so grateful for the outstanding customer service I received. They made what could have been a disaster a positive experience. I also want you to know I’ve purchased 2 other vehicles at JTS over the years and I have absolutely loved them. This is why I keep going back. Now after having an experience like this, there is nowhere else I would buy a vehicle. It’s easy to write a review when everything goes perfect, but what happens when things don’t work perfect. How they treated me when I had a problem with my vehicle speaks volumes about their character. I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service I received. Thanks again JTS!!!

So, I made some hasty decisions after i was told i couldnt purchase the Wrangler or Maxima i wanted, i was persuaded by JTS with purchasing a 12,000$ Ford F150 XLT with UAC as the Creditors, the dealership, JTS auto in paistow NH, i purchased from fudged and played with numbers so the loan would clear, and sold me a lemon truck after being told and inspected as strong and worth the money. Iwas offered a complementary 50,000 mile power-train warranty offered to me but at delivery the dealership quickly changed their minds and took it out of the portfolio. I had close friends look at it and all was good. turns out the truck had a bad timing chain, transfer case, torque converter and the solenoids in the transmission would fault in reverse, the tires "inspected" were bald, and was delivered to me finding later, with a cracked alloy rim on the 4WD axle, and half dead ball joints and tie rod ends. this degradation all happened within 3 weeks of delivery, driving 10 miles or less a day to work. I relocated and never informed of my move. I was behind by a month and when i called to make payment, and report my location, and inform them they needed legal ramefications to the dealer, they repossessed the truck, sold it at auction and charged it off. After being promised several times for ramifications and action, ive only recieved demands for the chargeoff amount of 9800.00 after selling the truck for 2800 on a 12000 loan. BEWARE OF THIS CREDITOR AND DEALER as i have ALOT of fixing to do because of them before i can get another loan. i gave one star, but i wouldnt even give either of em that.

Should of read more reviews! Im only giving one star since I have to give some form of rating. They played with numbers to get me a loan and sent me off the lot with a lemon. A lemon that they inspected! Richard was not knowledgeable about finance policies, he offended me with a comment that he made while viewing vehicles, and he kept giving me the run-around about when I could pick up the vehicle I had purchased. I purchased an Acura MDX that was around $9,000 and only a few months later there is close to $7000 worth of work needing to be done on it. Ive had nothing but problems with the vehicle and it was deemed by another mechanic unsafe to be driven on the road. Too many issues to list but it pretty much needed an entire new front end! The vehicle is currently stuck in park, the key comes out of the ignition with great difficulty and will not start at all. Its parked at my house, where its been, since the flatbed delivered it there. The finance company, United Auto Vredot, offered me assistance when I spoke with them about the issue but their assistance was for me to take the credit hit and surrender the vehicle. Ive seen others give reviews dealing with this dealership and UAC, I wonder if they are working together to screw people over because I definitely got screwed over!

We visited the dealership and signed a purchase agreement on the car in the middle of February 2016. We were advised that the car would be ready at the end of the week, but it wasnt because they were supposedly because they were waiting parts. A week later, the car was complete, and we were on our way to go pick it up (and hour + drive) and were advised that it wasnt ready because the computer system for the inspection sticker was down. Finally took delivery of the car the first week of March, and assumed that we would be all set to register it. Got to city hall and were turned away because we didnt have the title application. Called JTS and we were advised that there was a "hang up with the bank" and that they "mailed it yesterday," two days AFTER the temp registration expired. Thanks but no thanks, ill never do business here again. They clearly dont have their act together. The only reason they get two stars is because im happy with the car so far. Everything else was a huge mess.

Needing a 3rd vehicle for my family, having bad credit, i made the long drive to Jordan and his wonderful staff including Christian the finance manager who treated me very well, despite the fact in the end i did not buy a vehicle from these folks. Christian the finance manager was awesome and he got me financed for the vehicle i wanted, and i could not buy it because of unforseen family expenses , but even though i didnt buy it they returned my deposit with no hassle at all! If the opportunity & need arose in the future i would not hesitate to go see these wonderful folks again because they went above and beyond for me, including suprising me by not only fully servicing the vehicle but fixing the rotten rocker panels on the Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 that i was going to buy from them in addition to the full mechanical servicing. If you need a vehicle, i highly recommend you go see these wonderful folks at Jts Auto & Truck in Plaistow,NH

Went to go look at a 97 Saturn SL1. The car itself drove really nicely until I shifted into reverse and something in the gearstick broke. The guys I talked to (Benny and Greg) were apologetic about it, and offered to look at it in the morning (I was there around 7pm). For a number of reasons, I ended up not buying the car, but it wasnt because of anything that they did wrong. They did a great job of cleaning up the car beforehand too, and were very polite and reasonable. They even refunded my deposit even though I dont think they had to. Sadly my experience seems to fly in the face of other reviews, so thats why Im just going four stars. I wish I could go 3.5, because thats really what I felt about it. It very well could be that I got the two good guys on the crew. Just be wary buying "as-is" wherever you are.
