Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any advanced auto. Not friendly or helpful in any shape or form. Their employees lack the knowledge to perform the most basic of tasks. It seems as if the majority of the people who work there hate their job and and come off as extremely pretentious. (at least for my experience). Cant even call their customers to inform them about a mistake on their behalf.
