A Private User

Before this, I always went to autozone for car parts and always had excellent service. The employees there even offered to put my newly purchased windshield wipers on for me on multiple occasions. When I went in to C.A.P. , I expected the same. Instead, I felt as if I was interrupting a hang-out session. They gave me the battery I needed, but I later discovered that I could have bought a cheaper version that they probably had, but didnt tell me about because Im a girl that doesnt know anything about cars. When the 4 or 5 employees behind the counter all saw me almost drop the battery while removing it from the counter because it was much heavier than expected, no one even offered to get the door for me...they all just stood staring at me struggling with the weight of the battery. I should probably also add that there were no other customers in the store and it didnt seem like they were doing any work of any sort. (I should know because I work in retail.) If youre looking for the absolute bare minimum amount of customer service, this is the place to go. If you would like some common decency, go somewhere else.
