These guys are awesome. I have a 1998 BMW 318I and was looking for a trunk tailgate deck lid. I found this part using a salvage yard parts search on the Internet and their part came up as 000 A in quality, and that is exactly what I got. I was able to go into the yard and look at the part before purchasing which is unheard of these days. The fact I was able to see the car and the parts before purchasing them made me buy more parts off the car I needed. They were willing to instal them on the spot, although I declined because I prefer doing my own work. Dont be afraid to haggle "with these awesome people" as I bought my parts below asking, and that is what its all about if you ask me. I threw out a reasonable price and it was accepted. I will definitely buy parts from them even though its a two hour drive from where I live!

I was looking for a cap for my 2002 Chevy, and was told that they had one that should fit. When I arrived, several were pointed out to me throughout their yard. I was told to measure them and come back with which one I wanted. One was on top of a Conex box. When I asked for a ladder to measure it, I was shown one and told that if I fell they would call the police because I was trying to steal. None of their caps were even close to a fit for my truck. Customer service is not something of which these people have ever even heard. This place is far from an honest business, and is a junkyard in the worst sense of the word.

we ordered a windshield wiper motor, gave Walter All of the info we needed including the VIN number, they sent us the wrong part. When I called Walter, his response was "what do you want me to do about it" then said he would have to look into who made the mistake, them or me. he then told me to send it back and he would reimburse me, well that was 3 weeks ago, he keeps making excuses, blaming his secretary, Ive given him all the info he needs, still nothing, THIS MAN (WALTER) IS DISHONEST. he owes me almost $100 to be honest I wouldnt give them even 1 star, but thats the only choice I had

I just called them for a Toyota Corolla 2007 wheel rim. They had one and offered a reasonable price. But then I asked them for further discount which they agreed on. The rim looks perfect! Just went to pick it up and amazed with the customer service. They were very cooperative, supportive. Though the room needs ventilation or AC, which I saw they are working on. Otherwise as long as spare part is concerned I have been totally shocked how quick and professional they are, especially after reading so many negative reviews - i was not expecting anything like that. Will recommend everyone!

Terrible. Along with the other rude customer service reviews, I was promised an engine that would be delivered the next day after putting a $200 deposit down and said it was already tested. I wanted to look at the engine and the people running the place did not know where it was (i.e. only the owner knew where it was). My brother called the next day (because I was at work) and they said the engine is no good and said they would call me back. I never got a call back for when they found a new engine and am going today to get my money back.

I called these guys for a transmission for my father in-laws dakota. We put the deposit down and they told us they would have it in two days. Here we are a week later and I still have no transmission. every time I call them they tell me that it will be there in a half hour and when that doesnt happen and the day comes to an end they promise me that they will have it the next day. Im going on a week of next day promises and once this job is done ill NEVER use Mansfield Used Auto Parts again.

IF ITS NOT HERE MANSFIELD CAN GET IT FOR YOU- IF NOT YOU WILL BE POINTED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! Miranda-not sure why 1 star if you didnt even visit? Sorry thats how you feel based on other peoples OLD reviews. p.s. new owners are totally different and are very sorry for the bad experiences anyone has had with the past owner.

If you want to talk to rude people who yell at you on the phone then give them a call. I had to hang up because I couldnt take it. I have some advice for Mansfield Auto Parts.....treat your customer nice....there are plenty of other autoparts places to go to and I wont be calling you again.

Very poor service, sold me the wrong part first and than refused to exchange it for the right part. And after all this I go there and the employee behind the counter doesnt even know where the owner that runs the place was and couldnt give refunds

They had a steering rack for my 90 jetta and my only regret is not knowing at the time that they sell online new for $40, I had paid more like $75. That was really my ignorance though, and the service was decent. Thinking of goin there again.

Looks like place is under new ownership that is turning it around. New front lobby that is clean is coming along. Guys behind the counter will work on the price with you. Just great customer service compared to old experience I had here.
