If you buffer your car 15x a day, Im sure its a great place to shop, but if you arent a car guy they arent helpful in my experience. For example, I was in there recently and the staff member I talked to didnt have a clue how to help me with a very basic question. She was rude and disrespectful. When I asked how to solve a specific problem she said her husband just does it - not helpful. When she found a product I asked a pretty straight forward question and she literally read the directions to me. Again, I can read so that doesnt help me. Not recommended as they dont really know what theyre talking about at the W Boylston St store.

Its an auto parts store. What else do you need to know? Staff are usually friendly. Theres no need for an armed guard here unlike other worcester auto parts stores and the layout, albeit a little small, has most of what you need quickly. I was given the wrong batter here once but they exchanged it without a hassle. Usually theyre spot on.
