Went in to buy a couch with my roommate. Browsed and found a couch we wanted - good comfy 3-seater couch, clean, good price. Purchased it with Dan, who worked with us to figure out delivery options. He ended up suggesting we rent a van from uhaul (walking distance right down the road) since neither of our schedules worked with the delivery times available, and so we did that. When we got there with the van Dan was there waiting at the loading dock with our new couch, ready to help load it in. Good handshake with eye contact when we said goodbye. Very smooth couch-buying experience.

We were worried about the size of our couch fitting into our apartment. Brought a measuring tape and were wary that it would fit. The sales person assured us that the delivery people could get it into our apartment. The delivery guy couldnt get it in when he arrived and took it back to the store. The store would not refund us our $90 delivery fee. The couch was not delivered successfully and we paid $90 to still not have anything to sit on.

Awesome place!! Great prices on gently used furniture. Sales staff is willing to help any way they can and they make furniture shopping a breeze. Bought a huge sectional from them a month ago and it came fully cleaned and in good condition.
