My boyfriend and I went in to buy a bed and we were met with Grace. With just a few questions she was able to direct us to a few options to try immediately. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable through the entire process. I never felt pressured to make a decision, which is a great trait in sales person. She answered all our questions with ease and the overall process was great. We were able to find a bed! Given how stressful moving can be, this was a stressfree experience.

Needed a new bed and came in to Mattress Firm. Saleswoman was great and thorough in showing off the different types of bedding until I found the one I liked. She then showed the options for the one I liked and was very knowledgeable on the beds in the showroom. Very helpful when offering options on how to finance the purchase. Overall a great experience and would recommend anyone to go here.

I must admit i thought these stores were not good. I have changed by mind. We first went to Jordans and were rushed through their process and almost purchased a bed we really didnt want. Left there and went to Mattress Firm and met Grace. She was fantastic and gave us plenty of time to make a discussion.
