Hello, I am disappointed in the service I received 15 minutes ago at the Honey Dew on County Street. 1. While I was placing my order, the woman was snippy when I asked questions about the bread choices. 2. I was not allowed to pay with a $20 bill. I was asked to use my debit card. I do not like to use my debit card when its less than $5.00. 3. The young lady at the drive thru window didnt apologize for the inconvenience. Ill give two stars because the sandwich was good, however, 4. I was not given any napkins. Sorry, bad customer service. They should realize that Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and if they do not provide good service, they will lose what little business they have.

The staff is the best! They are all very friendly and get your order right, and quick! They have selections I havent seen at other local Honey Dews also. They offer doggie cookies at the drive thru window if you being your dog!

They struggle with giving you what you order When you tell them the sandwich is wrong you get no appology and they make you feel like you made mistake. Also you cant even get a thankyou for tipping them

Great service. They always know their regulars by name and have your coffee ready. Food is yummy and less calories and fat than the competitor. Coffee flavored are plentiful and ZERO calories
