Simple, solid diner food at a good price. The pancakes have body and softness and are not rubbery! I only had the pancakes recently and wish I had ordered them before. I usually order the combo plates or just get donuts to go. Good service, honest, family-run, and they work hard. I have been going to Twin Donuts for years. The donuts have more body and are not sickeningly processed-sweet-flavored like DD. I also like how they are open at 4am during the week/sat, which saved my life when I would have to work super early in the morning. I am also happy the neon sign lives on, which is a real signature for the neighborhood.

One of my favorite Allston/Brighton breakfast spots! My husband and I sometimes indulge in a fruit square (we prefer apple or lemon) or some homemade banana nut bread. I also used to get honey coffee roll and donuts for my family here (they go fast!) The omelets are delicious as well. But my favorite thing about this place is the family who runs this business! Theyre always so friendly, and weve gone there so often, they remember what we like to order! Its Mom n Pop shops like this that keep us coming back for more!

i ordered food here and i got the wrong food i ordered so i called the people to tell them and they started screaming at me and wont let me talk to the manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then i went over there to tell them that it is not OK to yell at me. the lady told me that she has enough costumers that i dont have to go there anymore!!!! this is a HORRIBLE place go there if you want to have a horrible break feast

Not sure what the hype is here. Maybe because its so cheap for a donut or a standard breakfast. I can see how that makes it popular. BUT the food isnt that great nor does it seem fresh. WAY to much butter is used on the eggs and potatoes and the donuts werent the best. If youre looking for something quick to eat this is the place. If you want something that makes your mouth water...not so much.

Its a nice little homey spot. I like the hours, i got the french toast combo. And i shouldve gotten the burger instead. The french toast was not all of that. It had no flavor, 2 little pieces of bacon, and the home fries skimpy and the eggs... i got motre cheese than eggs. Spent 12 bucks on food and im going to be hungry in like 2 hours.

My husband and I are there every weekend as its one of our favorite spots for breakfast/lunch. I love their pancake combos super tasty and they have by far the best BBQ cheeseburger Ive ever had. Its a small spot but get there early and youll find seats. Also, the staff are amazing and welcoming, i feel like family at this point.

This place is just awesome- the staff does an impressive job of staying on top of things despite how crazy busy it can get at peak times, the prices are super reasonable, the location is accessable, and the food is exactly what you want to get you going in the morning. Been a regular for a while, love the place.

Ive been stopping in here since I was a child with my family. The food is great, nothing over the top because it is a small family run business. They work hard and provide great service. Everything from is made fresh everyday and the donuts are X10 better than anything youll ever get a Dunkin Donuts.

A great place to go if you need a quick breakfast/brunch. I love their iced coffee, and am very excited about their new rotating bagel selection. My biggest qualms: they only take cards for more than $5, and they close at 4. Then again, theyre open ridiculously early, so closing at 4pm makes sense.

Ive eaten here a bunch of times now and would recommend it for a casual quick and cheap but good breakfast. The homemade donuts are fantastic and in a world where DDs dominates its refreshing to have something like this. All the egg meals are solid too and staff is nice.

For a tiny little donut shop, its a great brunch location. You get to hear some of the interesting opinions from the regulars, have massive omelets, and catch up with friends after a long week. Its got a very relaxed atmosphere, and the family who owns it is very nice.

It gets very crowded on weekend mornings and the stuff on the menu is nothing special, but it is one of your best options for non-Dunkin donuts in the immediate Boston area. Go early, though, or youll only have the two least popular flavors to choose from.

Quick and tasty breakfast with friendly family atmosphere. Food is simple and delicious, you can sit and eat or order to go. I love the staff as they are friendly and warm. Only problem ive found is the space is small and gets crowded fast.

Great food and great customer service. They remember us and our orders. This establishment is my favorite place to eat in the Boston area. Try the honeydew and chocolate dip donuts. The breakfast sausage and home fries are phenomenal.

It gets very busy here on weekend mornings with lines out the door, but they go pretty fast and its not as long a wait as it seems like it will be. Their breakfast sandwiches and donuts are fantastic and everything has good prices

For what looks like a cheap greasy breakfast stand, this place is really nice. The prices are cheap like an IHOP but the service and food are way better. Dont expect to be blown away, but neither will you be dissapointed.

For less than $8, you can have 2 eggs, 1 meat, 2 pancakes, home fries; $1.75 refillable coffee. Quick service. Dont expect something fancy, but for a quick brunch at a reasonable price, its recommendable.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Big coffees on the cheap. Filled to the brim with students, so you know its good. The staff is quick and the place has that diner charm.

Twin Donuts is your typical greasy-spoon-type diner. Has all your standard breakfast offerings at very reasonable prices. A bit grimy on the inside though, could use some TLC.

Great food, well priced; breakfast sandwiches practically on demand. (Try all the sandwich combos!) If you catch what seems like a line, give it a wait, it goes quick.

This place is amazing. Great donuts made the old fashioned way. Awesome breakfast sandwiches, plate breakfasts & coffee! There may be a line, but the wait is worth it.

Ordered French toast or a breakfast special to go the last 3 times Ive been here with the place all but empty. All three times it took 15+ minutes, unacceptable

Every time I eat a donut from elsewhere, Im saddened because they never compare to the ones Ive had at Twin Donuts. Youve ruined me from all other donut shops!

I dont have much to go on because I only got a donut. But when I ordered a boston creme I expected creme in it. It was just a donut with chocolate on top.
