got to the minute clinic at 4:55 p.m. at sign in a person WAS scheduled before me stated ARRIVED, but the person was NOT there and the nurse practitioner called out for the patient several times and they had left... I was unable to sign in at this point because the "signed in or ARRIVED" person was scheduled. However, she told me i could go to urgent care because someone has signed in before me...BUT the person IS and WAS NOT there! After loudly calling their name several times, Still no show.. HELLO. "why couldnt my sick child be seen? it was 4:55 p.m. and when I called they said you have to be signed in 15 mins before closing. This day they closed at 5:30 and their "signed in or ARRIVED" patient was no where to be found. You need to follow your voice mail recording or change it to "must be signed in before IM READY TO GO HOME!"

Was given the wrong formulation for my son. Was given a shampoo instead of a cream. When i took it back they blamed it on the fact that the Doctor wrote the brand name instead of generic. Also failed to tell me to bring my receipt back for a return of the incorrect drug. They were able to refund without a receipt and did not charge me for the new script. They did refuse to show me the original written prescription to confirm i was getting the correct medication, which is concerning. I called the Doctor to confirm. No harm was done to my son but hope they realize this was not the doctors fault.

got to say, if there are more than 2 other customers: its going to take you a while to check out. Also, tap-to-pay does not work here.
