The night crew at this Kinkos is HORRIFIC!!! I went there in an emergency before a flight I needed to take. I only needed 5 packets bound to look professional. I called at 9pm and the girl on the phone told me she wasnt sure if she could help. I went in to see what I can do and she told me it will take her 24 hours because she is "busy". Surely my emergency is not theirs however a little help would have been nice. The girl was nice enough to call another Kinkos who said they could help me however when I went to that place- they said they never received a phone call. I dont know who lied- but by far a horrible experience. I went to Wal Mart after my visit and bought a paper binder myself. Problem solved!

Terrible customer service! Having worked in a similar store I was appalled and will never again be returning to this location. I came in to do a somewhat complicated printing project and was having trouble getting the computer/printer to do what I needed. I was in the store for about an hour and was never even greeted by an employee. I waited at the printing help desk for 15 minutes during which time there were 2-3 employees helping other customers with packing and shipping at a counter nearby. The employees never so much as acknowledged my presence. I finally gave up and went to Staples where they were actually helpful and were able to help me do what I needed.

Dont bother calling Fed Ex for any info on anything. They have less info at the call center than on an iPhone app. They know nothing about anything, including store names, addresses nor hours. WORTHLESS. Aimlessly driving aound at random is a better investment of your time. Use UPS instead.

Great Kinkos. Best part is that they are open 24/7. Self print machines make it easy to print and allow you to use your own paper. Employees are friendly and helpful when dealing with issues. They can also print from their computers when dealing with files that shouldnt be scaled.

Poor customer service. I came in around 9 going on 10pm and it was quiet and empty. No one greeted me nor offered any assistance. The store is very clean and organized. But just very bad customer service.

Why even hire a staff when theyre this absent? When copying is this expensive, I expect more than pointing to a cluster of equipment and monosyllabic answers
