We have tried endlessly to work with this company only to be frustrated and disappointed time after time after time. Missing prints, missing boxes, wrong orders, receiving other peoples orders, incorrect billing, extreme difficulties using their ROES software resulting in HOURS of our time trying to get an order to go through, while we use ROES for Millers Lab and never had an issue. I will say that when we call customer service they do fix the problem, sometimes on the first call but usually the second. However, this time Nations could not offer a logical solution for our business and the only suggestion they could offer is to start over and completely re-design the album we have already recreated several times while trying to get it to process through their ROES system. After a year of trying, our frustrations lead us to stop using this company for anything other than albums. Now, after yet another problem now with an album, and several hours with customer service, we are officially done with this company. You have lost a professional studio that tried time and time again to work with you and the most disappointing part of it is, you dont even seem to care. We spoke to a customer service representative tonight (again) and we were told there is nothing that could be done to get this album to their lab aside from creating it from scratch. After spending so many hours on this one book, it just doesnt make sense for us to try again not knowing if it will actually work. We are certainly not alone in the mishandling of orders based on other reviews. Your products are good when they are correct, the only problem is the MAJORITY of the time they are incorrect. We counted 5 orders in a row that we received that were wrong. This is unacceptable by any standard and we are therefore taking our business to your competition.

I was in love with NPL until they screwed up my last 2 orders. Back in June I had no idea where my order was. The website said it was in production then just showed up at my house; 3 days later I get an email saying my order shipped - yeah thanks figured that out. I placed another order thru ROES on 8/11/14 that never transmitted to NPL because they assigned me & someone else the same login ID so the system didnt do anything. I called customer service on 8/28/14 and after brow beating the customer service rep I re-submitted through ROES with my payment info. Again my order shows as in production for over a week – I’m only getting 5 standard prints nothing special. Now, I needed these by 9/10/14 to meet the deadline for a photo contest. I called Monday to find out where my prints are - to be told they didn’t have my payment info but was assured they would ship out the next morning. They claim they tried to call me - no call and claimed they sent me an email - no email. Now I have nothing to submit to a contest I’ve been planning for for 3 months. Way to go NPL, thank you for screwing up my order and how disappointed that I cant submit my work for my first ever competition. You have totally screwed me over. Customer service was no help – well oh yeah if we don’t have your payment info…ROES isn’t transmitting payment and they have admitted website/email issues they claimed were fixed. ***UPDATE 9/17/14 finally recieved order a day too late to submit to contest and MISSING 2 OF THE 6 PHOTOS! Seriously this is too much and when I called I was treated with indifference by customer service. They woundt refund my money only give me a print credit. Done with NPL finding another print lab.

Customer Service is so poor. Where do I begin. I have had so many issues with several of my orders, called them to resolve it, and not only do they not apologize for the errors, I spent 20 minutes several times explaining the errors, I was told Id be contacted and reassured that the errors were fixed. No one contacted me, the reprint was shipped unknown to me, and upon arrival the same errors were there. I had to ship it back, talk to someone else, and now I have heard nothing about the 2nd reprint. Nothing. No correlation what-so-ever. How do you run a company without any customer service? And so now I have 2 books that have errors, one that I shipped back, and a 3rd one with no status. I am done with the company, there are so many other printing companies that do far better printing, and MILES better with customer service and fixing errors efficiently & following through. Dont waste your time with NPL.

These guys are absolutely awesome! A couple of months ago I needed more than 100 individual, 8x10 photos printed for my portfolio. They were extremely helpfully in walking me through the process of setting up an account and uploading the photos through their online system - which also gave me a better price! There was a small problem with the order, and some of the shots were printed incorrectly. I was in a panic because I needed the pics for submission on a particular deadline, but they corrected it right away and even overnighted the prints to me - I was so impressed! The quality is amazing, easily equal to any of the places in LA offering the exact same service for many times the price. I am so happy to have found this company and will continue to use them for all of my photo printing needs. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Customer service is AMAZING. I ordered 3 customized buttons (small order) for Christmas. The first time it was sent, the order was mixed up with someone elses. When I wrote into customer support panicked I wouldnt receive them by Christmas, they shipped off a new order within 24 hours to arrive the next day. However, even though my tracking order said it was delivered to my door, I did not get the package. When I emailed Nations Photo Lab again, they sent a second shipment overnight!! They didnt ask me to take it up with the postal service, instead they took ownership and made my experience as easy as it could have been. They definitely lost money on my order, but their priority making sure my experience was a positive one. Besides that, the quality of my order was terrific. I highly recommend using Nations Photo Lab!

Normally I would trust NPL to be on time with an order but they are 2 days late on a 3 day turn around for my gatorboard mounted prints. Its day 5 and the order is to be picked up AT THE Lab so this is not an issue of waiting on shipping. Do not use them for business cards or postcards if you need a highly sharp, very tight dot pattern image and text. Professional labs who work with graphic designers always use PDF files with embedded fonts for business cards. NPL will convert your CMYK file to and RGB JPEG... They excel at photo printing but not other forms of promotional printing. Very disappointed that my order is late.

"I have tried lots and lots (and lots) of labs over the years but NPL is definitely the best Ive used. The products are consistent and high quality and they are continually introducing new products that my clients love. But thats only the beginning. Where NPL really goes above and beyond is in customer service. They are quick, responsive and figure out a way to get the (near) impossible done for you with a smile.
