I buy a lot of beer and usually I will go to the liquor store on padonia next to mars or top shelf near 695 because they are both very friendly places with great people. I was curious about this place because its new and presents nicely. Unfortunately, my only complaint is that when I got to the register with a case of beer they had two customers at two different registers and when the one customer finished they had me wait for the other register which usually wouldnt be a big deal but it was done in such a way that I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. If they were the only place around I would come back but with the number of great liquor stores in the area, I doubt I will return.

Not quite as huge of a selection as total wine but its relatively close. Fairgrounds makes up for it with a great staff. The beer manager in particular was of great help when organizing a tasting of local Baltimore beers. My only complaint is that they had very limited glassware available to purchase. I was looking for 10 oz. Flight glasses and they literally had none. There were like 2 types of standard pint glasses and Sam Adams lager glasses as well as Champaign style glassware. Even so, I really like this place and its my go-to if Im in the Towson/Timonium area.

They need to put up signs at the entrance way before you go in, showing all of their store policies. Because waiting until someone has looked around the entire store, and have finally acquired what they were looking for, and then tell them the store policy at the register when they are about to pay. It is bad customer service, and not to mention the wrong time to be letting someone know what your store policy is

Good selection of beers. I never thought Id leave a review for a liquor store but man, this place made me feel bad for being a customer. Like the employees wanted me to leave the entire time.
