I have seldom had a better customer service experience. The staff are solicitous and polite without being schmarmy. If you ask for help they will bend over backwards to help you, and if you make it clear that you would like to browse then they will let you be. It is a rare gift to read other peoples cues so well. There have also been a few times that Ive asked for something unusual, been told (as I suspected) that there is not much demand for the beverage, and then come back to find it on the shelves. I love this place.
