Extremely terrible customer service! They dont know what is a customer satisfaction at all! My wife checked the website and drove 15 miles to buy the wallet she liked, they didnt have it in the store and the sales associate pursued her to order it online. She ordered and in the middle of her way back home she realized that the associate has ordered the wrong color so she headed back to the store and unbelievably they told her that they are not able to cancel the order and they ordered again for her and told her to come back to the store and return the wrong one in the store again! They dont respect for their customers time and the interesting part is that she ordered the wrong color again and this time she was lucky that my wife figured it out when she was back home. I called the store to talk to the manager, a lady ( I believe she was herself ) answered the phone and told me she is the manager and as soon as I explained everything she hung up on me and the line turned out busy!!! I hadnt seen such a customer service here at all and Its a shame for a store like ALDO to have such sales associates!!!!!!!

Its a huge park with plenty of fun things to do with friends and families. Theres a playrgound doe big kids and one for toddlers including a sand box. Kids and adults can ride their bike or scooter, run around, play badminton and other ball games. There are picnic areas and gazebos for rent. Families can also grill food. Theres a carousel amd train rides for the whole family. Ice cream truck, vendo machines, a beautiful garden, bike trail, water fountains, restrooms, everything you will want is there. Its a wonderful place to unwind or relax with the whole family and friends.

I have shopped at Wheaton Westfield since it was Wheaton Plaza. I have appreciated some of the "new" stores that have moved in.but still miss some that are no more. Wheaton Plaza offers the shopper many options. You can get just about anything there. Its a busy place, especially on weekends and in the summer. The food choices have increased from before with many and different venues from which to choose. Many favorite eating establishments have moved there. There is adequate parking. The Mall encourages walkers to exercise in the early hours of the morning. Its a good neighbor.

The mall has a lot of great places connected to it like: Dicks Sporting Goods, Costco, Target, etc. It has a nice little kids play area thats free. They also have a store inside that has bounce houses but you have to pay for that. I think this mall is in a great location its 10 minutes from my house. It has restaurants in it and is also by restaurants. Party city is next to it. AMC theater. Such a great location. Addressing other posts... it definitely is loud inside but its a mall with lots of people... its gonna get noisy. Its not unbearable though, its typical mall noise.

Theres a Costco attached to the mall. Need I really say more? You can eat Filipino Food at Lumpia Pansit or South African food at Nandos Peri-Peri or Dim-Sum at Hollywood Cafe, grab a six-pack of beer or bottle wine, let the kids play in the play areas or bounce house downstairs, buy outdoor goods at Dicks, then go to Costco. All without moving your car. It is the future of malls. Really 4.5 stars because its missing a central coffee shop like Caribou or Starbucks, though Target has a Starbucks inside and theres one just offsite. Also, no casino.

One stop shopping experience for all ages; parents with kids love this mall; play area, train ride, bouncing moon are a few of the attractions. Most well known stores are here: Macys, Target, Dicks sporting goods, JoAnne, JC Penney, just to name a few. Ample parking spaces plus garage for your convenience. The food court provides a good choice of quick bites. Other restaurants scattered around the mall offer yet another choice for good lunches or dinners. Overall, excellent choice for a nice shopping experience.

Westfield Mall has come a long way since my first experiences there over 10 years ago. The food here is excellent, and one can find a typical variety of mall stores including H&M, Macys, Vans, Teavana, Gamestop, etc., where there used to be an assortment of lesser known businesses of lower quality. I dont know if its an artifact of gentrification, but I find coming to this mall to be enjoyable. The fact that it has both a Costco and Target also makes it extremely practical to live near.

Been coming here forever - its interesting how its changed. Its definitely no longer run down, but the shops are still pretty much just the big chains (Macys, Target, JC Penny) plus some mostly worthless rotating shops. Food court leaves you asking, "why didnt I just go down the street to one of the awesome food places?" The addition of Macys several years back was definitely good though, and its no longer scary to be walking around here without company (hasnt been for some time). Meh.

A solid mall - having Costco is the draw for me as well as Giant food. We are lucky to have such a mall so close - wide selection of clothing stores, department stores and a few nice places to grab a bite. Take care of all of the essentials for modern life and have fun people-watching. Must dos: Costco chicken bake and pizza (delicious and a great value), Nandos (delicious chicken), Popeyes and the Peking chi ken and snow pea greens at the Hollywood East Cafe.

This is a kid friendly mall! There are always lots of kids there but Not too crowded. There is a nice indoors kid play area, a shop that has inflatables for kids under 75 pounds, and little animal scooters for kids also. Good low budget food selection such as Nando Peri Peri and other healthy fast food joints. I go to Costco there a lot but rarely go in the mall unless I have my daughter. The more I walk around, the more I spend more money there.

Best thing about the small or the anchors. With Costco and target at either ends, along with a few others, the anchors our destinations in themselves. This mall is generally less traffic than some of the others in the area and parking is almost always available easily in most of the lots. Check the store directory if you were looking for anything specific. This mall is missing many of the staples of area malls. Disappointing dining options.

No frills, but meets the needs from Costco and Target to Macys ; The ladies at Brow23 are the BEST; the Nail Bar-BEWARE: while waiting for tires at Costco to burn time my mom and I got man/pedis which sounds great, BUT along with it came INFECTION to allllllll nail beds for both my mom and me! Its been 4 days and no relief, so looks like antibiotics it is, on top of it aside from the very young-looking Woman, the others were VERY rude.

Ive never seen a mall with a Target and Costco acting as anchor stores so I didnt know what to expect at first but the mall has good shopping options. Been here a few times now and never had an issue parking. Walking in through the Costco entrance the floor is bare concrete which looks odd (especially compared to Montgomery location) but the mall has everything you need including a few stores Ive never seen before.
