I had just gone to the K-Mart in Prince Frederick and had the absolute worse experience ever. Registers kept freezing up (4 to be exact) instead of the employee saying next customer in line they proceeded to take whom ever jumped to the next register. It wasnt until the third register froze up that the fourth register was opened and then the employee clearly saw that I was getting cut in front continuously motioned verbally for me being next. At no point was customer service a priority with the employees at this K-Mart. This is a direct reflection of the management team and or leadership.

I just wish they open some more lines at times to help customers get in and out faster. The lines can get long but in this area, you will start a conversation up with a friendly customer while waiting which helps. Overall this Kmart is stocked well and very neat. Maybe just need to hire some more people to help move people in and out faster. #impatientBJreviewagain

The merchandise was not properly separated, workers argued that we were wrong for expecting to pay the labeled price on the bin we took our merchandise from, they wanted us to pay double the price. After the manager gave us her nasty attitude she over rode it and gave us another nasty attitude. She isnt doing Kmart any favors. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Get good buys here if ya hunt for them. Most run to Walmart, so if Im out and in a hurry, Id rather go Kmart to get in and out. Dont recommend on lunch breaks though - most times, not enough registers open.

Alot of the food items are way out of date on the expiration date not much on shelves to choose from nobody at the registers takes to long to check out when there are people working
