I have mixed reviews for this store. Two years ago I renewed my passport. After waiting awhile to receive it, I went online to track it. It had been delivered 6 weeks before that! It was sitting in an unassigned box. No explanation how that happened. I was just happy it wasnt lost, but as agents of the USPS this should never have happened. I had issues with them not being open on time as well. Now just recently I received a call from Billy who came across a pile of mail for me. We moved out of state 7 months ago. Someone dropped the ball on this and it was never forwarded, and never returned. He sent me the letters - mostly Christmas cards, so that was at least 4 months of this mail sitting there! I am thankful for that, but there was also a tax document that I was missing that I had to get a duplicate of. Other than that, the guys behind the counter were always helpful and friendly, and would often proactively get my mail when they saw me coming and/or look to see how many packages I had.

One time I went in there. And the girl said you need a little bit more peanuts put in your box do you want some. I said yes and then was charged $1 for the peanuts and she never told me. She was going to charge me. Then another time a cell phone that I sent was stolen by one of the employees and they told me I would get a refund in 10 days. I called them and that never happened and then spoke to a woman on the phone I believe the owner and she told me it would take about 30 or 40 days. The man who told me it was 10 days argues with me and wouldnt of just apologize for telling me 10 days. I was a regular customer. I at least shipped 2 to 3 times a month and a simple apology would have made all this go away but I went to the Glen Burnie ups and have been happy ever since.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. NEVER open on time. Sign and Google says 8a, but they dont mosey in from the back and open till between 815-830 on the regular. Ive watched several times with my own eyes. My pkgs have arrived CLEARLY opened, and ppl I have sent pkgs TO have said the same. Ppl I send things to are starting not to receive pkgs. UPS Pasadena is the common denominator! And I cant even discuss my concerns with them after I drop my kid at school because THEY DONT OPEN ON TIME! Shame.

PROFESSIONAL & Great Work. NOTARY on premise! I have been coming here since I relocated over two-years ago. I LOVE this place. Easy in and out. The have a dolly for big jobs from your vehicle. Offer everything from greeting cards to insured pkg and ship of anything legal! I have shipped computers to range hoods without an incident. KEN, is always cheery and knowledgable.

Im definitely going to have to give them an "L".I think theyre stealing packages or are not holding their delivery staff accountable for shoddy delivery practices.No bueno.If someone isnt willing to do all of the job requirements give the job to someone who will.
