Me and my wife over the past 2 yrs spent 14 thousand dollars in appliances on our 2 homes . Our first issue started with the G E cafe double oven stove from the first week it broke . The control unit burned up for some reason. Then it failed 3 other times. Every tech that came out saud it would prbably continue to fail. They even couched me and my wife about the lemon law. Well yesterday the dishwasher failed . It flooded my house Sunday. A coupling that is a factory item backed off and had a river of water over my entire basement ceiling and carpet in the basement . The harwood is ruined in the up stairs alond with the island cabinet . Im floored that not one appliance was bad but 2 at my residence. I understand accidents happen but htis is unacceptable I will never buy anthing from SEARS. This retail giant is full of channels to redivert your process to work things out as they call it . They call this fixing the problem were they might want to invested more time into having a quality control dept so there products dont break at people homes. House issue and the only common denominator in this eqation is SEARS. Go BUY your products somewhere else !!!!!!

I am really disappointed with this sears I dropped up to snowblowers to get serviced found out they have to send them out after I took the time to go over to drop them off and then they told me that they couldnt do it because they were 30 inches I sent my son over to pick them up Tried to call the store to see if I can find out if he made it there and could not get a direct line to the store talk to several different people and they couldnt tell me anything if you want to purchase any equipment I wouldnt buy anything from Sears They refuse to service their equipment they want you to call a home service and have them come directly to your home I deafly wont be buying anything from Sears anymore Ive been shopping at Sears for the last 36 years I spent a lot of money with them now if I need something I will deal with another company avoid the Sears if you need service done to your equipment its a waste of time .

I shopped at the Sears in Glen Burnie for a new lawn mower. I spoke with an elderly salesperson to ask questions about a particular model. He seemed hard of hearing and kept asking me to repeat myself. I was speaking clearly and as loud as I possibly could. He looked at my friend and asked if I was speaking English. Incredulous, I decided to ask another salesperson for help. The elderly salesperson had NO trouble speaking to another WHITE man in a normal tone of voice. Sears needs training in dealing with non-white (I am of Asian decent) customers. That was incredibly insulting, I will no longer shop here.

Return Policy has been downgraded to 30 days. Signs for 90 days was up until last month. Went to return a $10 item I bought 34 days ago and was refused a refund or even a credit. The manager says the policy changed June 2015, but signs were up until April 2016 in store because someone forgot to take them down. I think the writing is on the wall that Sears and Kmart are going extinct very soon. They were struggling already, but this policy change just puts them down below competition that has 90 days returns like Walmart.

I have found some of Sears prices to be lower than the competition lately. Unfortunately delivery of large items is a big inconvenience. At time of purchase you sign up for a delivery date, however they tell you they can not schedule a particular time window. The 2 hour time frame is not given to you until an automated telephone call after 6pm the night before the delivery date. Delivery on the weekend is an extra $10.

My wife and I have shopped here for nine years now. Clothing, jewelry, appliances, hardware, pretty much every department. The store and staff get 4-5 stars. But beware, our recent sears delivery was subcontracted out, handled by corporate, and a disaster. We give it 0 stars. A shame, as the employees at this store deserve better. After our delivery debacle, we are changing "we shop here" to "we shopped here".

The staff was about as helpful as a bag of rocks. I was standing at the lawnmower blades and an older gentleman employee was standing right next to me. He didnt go out of his way to provide any service or interaction. In fact, no one did in the whole place upstairs. Thank goodness the price of the lawnmower blade was priced well, otherwise this would be a 1-star rating.

This Sears store’s Hardware department is disorganized and has very un-professional employees. The place feels dirty, and it is difficult to find what you are looking for. I saw the employees hanging around in small groups chatting and laughing. Where do they get these people? This department is very poor and disappointing for a Sears store.

It would be great if they opened per the hours on my email confirmation of buying something online. This place opens at 10am on weekends instead of 9am please my email from Sears. Good for them to have guys smoking out front to tell at least a half dozen people they arent open yet!

To be honest with you, I mostly just go here for the tools. And the last several times Ive been I cant say Ive been thoroughly impressed at the selection for the maintenance of the tool department. And the staff always seems distracted.
