Burlington is great but these associates dont seem interested at the register.. often rude and agitated in past visits and today nobody even acknowledged me at the register. The one lady up front in exchanges was too busy dealing and having personal conversation with one lady for 10 minutes about layaway instead of recruiting more cashiers or help to the front they just let me stand there. Get yourself together customers pay your bills and operation.. so take care of them!

Every time I come to this store.. the racks are bone dry.. Burlington Used to be great for big and tall now it only houses items for smaller people.. They have the nerve to space out their Rack with 10 items... the rack is mad for 60 items this is the worst store Ive been in

Bunch of junk !!!!! I dont think its the original company. Looks like someone using space to sell flea market style stuff. Many shelves empty ! Clothes, clothes, clothes BUT NO COATS ! Escalator broken and elevator shook when going up. Not going back !

I love Burlington, the prices are great and they have a variety of everything. I do think they need to open more registers because the lines are way too long, and they can have more variety for plus sized women. Thick is just as beautiful as thin.

This store is messy and unorganized. Even though it would be the customers who make it that way there arent enough people to organize it. The shoes as a pair are missing. Very frustrating. Prices are good if you look you will find something

This is a great store to browse in. The racks are a little messy but theyre mostly in order. Its easy to go bargain shopping in the clearance section. The dressing rooms could be more roomy though.
