Very disappointing. The clothing is way over priced and I have to agree 25.00 or sometimes even higher for a stained dress is ridiculous. I have also found items that the dollar store sells for twice the price in this Goodwill. I bought some CDs there and got them home and the case was empty. They told me that they cant check every case and could not get a refund. I have often found items for a price much higher than I have seen them new in a store. When I complained about the prices I was told the manager makes up the prices. Other Goodwill stores that I have shopped in have much more reasonable prices. The manager of this store needs to go on line to see what things sell for new before pricing them ridiculously high. Why buy something used for more than you would pay for it new. Also they use black permanent marker on everything to note prices, even wood furniture. Permanent marker is hard to remove from many of the things that they write on.

Pros: Nice location, nice staff. Cons: not as big or nicely stocked as I expected from a Goodwill Super Store - items didnt seem as carefully processed as others. Biggest disappointment was the prices on frames, furniture and housewares - weirdly high. I chatted with a couple of other shoppers and they concurred.

This store used be cheaper, but not anymore. I bought a "genuine" leather belt. But it was those made in China belt. So as soon as I got home, the top part of the belt separated from the bottom. It was just as fake as plastic China rice. Goodwill must do an effort to not deceive their customers.

It is a huge store. The cashiers are very friendly. They do not put junk in this store, but actually things that a person would want to buy. There quality of items have improved amazingly. I also like the fact that they help people once incarcerated get another chance. Hats off to you.

Positives: large store, decent "super saturday" sale. Negatives: ALL "name brand" clothing (gap, j crew, ann taylor, etc.) has been labeled "boutique" and is way more expensive and NOT included in any sales. 25 dollars for a used dress with stains on it? I think not.

Was a best store , but after THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER *GRAY* THEY RAISED PRICES , IF ON EBAY ITEM COST 25$ THEY WILL PUT SAME PRICE. SOMETIMES WHO PUT PRICES DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY DOING .
