ok so this cvs for some reason can not seem to get medications right. my sister is on medications for being diabetic.... we have no car at the moment, so to pick up meds, is a good walk. you go to the cvs on richland, and trust that they have done their job correctly..... decide to check the bag as you walk out of the store and behold.... MISSING MEDS. so you have to turn around to correct the problem, thank God for not walking home b4 doing so. why is there so much incompetence when it comes to getting your meds filled at this cvs in York pa? they are not the only cvs with issues, but seems to be the worse, besides it being always filthy and smelling badly.... some women in the pharmacy dressing in over sized dragging pants and white lab jackets..... sorry but the jacket doesnt make you look professional, it takes a slew of things to help point in the professional direction clean your store for one and get your med orders done correctly. not all the pharmacy staff are off, but the one or two that are just make your entire crew look awful and disgusting. you need to clean up your act.

This is the closest pharmacy to me and I always have a bad experience. The window says they should be open but they are not, I always have a problem with getting my meds, I have automatic refill yet when I go to pick them up they say they need authorization even though I get a message saying they are ready for pick up, and when I need to call the pharmacy I can never get through this is so stressful
